"Cake in ice cream cones"
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 flat-bottomed ice-cream cones
1 tablespoons colored sprinkles (optional)
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.
Beat oil and sugar in a large mixing bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer Add eggs and vanilla mix well
Add flour mixture, and milk beat at low speed after each addition just until blended
Add colored sprinkles and mix
Fill cones to within 1/2 inch of the top, carefully place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until done
cool completely on wire racks.
Dip each cone in melted chocolate and sprinkle with colored sprinkles .
Set in the fridge for 60 min and serve.
