Recently I have met a lot of people who are suffering from depression . Even , a friend of mine committed suicide because of depression . It negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act.

When a person is depressed , he (or she) loses interest in everything . He also loses ability to work properly . A depressed person lead a disorganized life . He don't sleep properly . Or sometimes he sleep too much . His appetite changes . As a result he loses weight . He always feel tired or lack of energy . He fails to take right decision on right time . MOST DANGER THING HAPPENS WHEN HE TRY TO COMMIT SUICIDE .

How to control Depression :

Yes , you can control depression if you really want to .

Firstly , you should accept that depression is part of your life low . AS it is counterproductive , you must pretend to be okay all the time .

Secondly , Only spend time with those who value you most . Those who don't care about you , don't bother with any of their words .

Thirdly , take help from people who really worry about you . Spend time with your parents or beloved person . Share everything with them . No matter what , he will she will listen you .

Finally & Most Importantly , NEVER TRY TO COMMIT SUICIDE

Lots of people have been through depression and overcome it . I hope that you will find a person who can understand you and realize whats going on . Hope disappears when depression arrives . People live for hope . Don't loose your hope .

The so-called ‘psychotically depressed’ person who tries to kill herself doesn’t do so out of quote ‘hopelessness’ or any abstract conviction that life’s assets and debits do not square. And surely not because death seems suddenly appealing. The person in whom Its invisible agony reaches a certain unendurable level will kill herself the same way a trapped person will eventually jump from the window of a burning high-rise. Make no mistake about people who leap from burning windows. Their terror of falling from a great height is still just as great as it would be for you or me standing speculatively at the same window just checking out the view; i.e. the fear of falling remains a constant. The variable here is the other terror, the fire’s flames: when the flames get close enough, falling to death becomes the slightly less terrible of two terrors. It’s not desiring the fall; it’s terror of the flames. And yet nobody down on the sidewalk, looking up and yelling ‘Don’t!’ and ‘Hang on!’, can understand the jump. Not really. You’d have to have personally been trapped and felt flames to really understand a terror way beyond falling.

Depression will come in the life of all of us. No matter how happy someone is, keep enough money. Despair will come. The thought of ending oneself in despair will not come to mind. There will come a time when I will be frustrated, I will not find a solution to anything. Then I just have to remember the Creator and not have to be patient.
