I'm glad that the sabbath day is here,today is always a day of worship, a day of praise ,a day of rest.

According to him in the 7th day he rested. Today you are free from all stressful work.

In thy strength, o lord , the just man shall exult, and in thy salvation he shall rejoice exeeedingly.thou hast given him his heart desire. We beseech thee, o lord that every though, word and action which we offer in memory of the sufferings of thy holy martyr saint John the baptist, may by his intercession profit us unto salvation, through our lord Jesus Christ, thy son , who liveth and reigneth with thee in the unity of the Holy spirit, God , world without end,AMEN.

TODAY is the twenty -fourth (24) Sunday of the year (A).

According to the reading of today it says: a new commandment I give to you, says the Lord, that you love one another, even as I have loved you. John 13:34..

The kind of love❤️ he means is the agape kind of love. Agape means selfless, but in our world today ,we really practice the philia types.

Please let's learn to abide with the teaching s of the Lord...
