3 Things that make You--You
1)WHAT YOU THINK:
Your brain can store about 1 gigabyte of information that's it. S0 if you stay true to what is stored in your noodle you are what you think . Now here is the beautiful that most of us ignore. That's hard drive in your skull can be overwritten . Yes , the data stored can be replaced with new information and the old removed . That is wonderful.
Thinking is most of the time done subconsciously, but you consciously trigger exactly what you think about. So don't sell yourself short and take control. Your beliefs are simply the information that you have allowed to be implanted into your brain. If you say that you are a certain way it actually becomes true.
but another truth can exist the minute you choose to change it. You can reprogram yourself unlimited times without damaging the hardware.
Here are some simple tips to start thinking properly. I know, go ahead and roll your eyes its OK.
1)BREAK YOUR ROUTINE: Maybe go to sleep at a different time or take a different route to work.
2)MEET NEW PEOPLES: and listen to them. Don't interject your opinions, just listen carefully.
3)VISIT A NEW PLACE: Every week .It could be a new fast-food joint or a new park. It doesn't have to involve your passport. Enjoy the place don't criticize peoples or complain.
4)EXERCISE: If you don't. Start with simple push ups and sit ups. This way you cant make an excuse about going to the gym.
5)EAT SOMETHING NEW: Outside of your comfort zone. Maybe invite a colleague that you usually don't spend time with.
These tips might appear trivial, but they are not. They allow you to experience new things that force you to think outside your normal spectrum.
Allowing new experiences into your life develops you as a person. You become more tolerant and curious. You also become more empathetic. These characteristics from how you think. They allow you to be more cognitive of how healthy thinking should be.

2)WHAT YOU SAY:
Our mouths sometimes speak out of turn. Other times they speak the opposite of what we are thinking. And sometimes, it is just jibberish.
What we say has consequences, good and bad. We oftentimes feel that because of the situation at hand we are forced to say something untruthful. This is dangerous on many levels. It creates internal frustration and to the listener it creates distrust. And yet, we cant help ourselves, or can we?
why don't we say what we mean and mean what we say. we don't stop and think before we speak. We tend to speak for the sake of hearing our voices. This is a serious flaw in the humans. One that needs to be resolved here are some steps that i think will help all of us:
1.Learn to quiet your brain. Mediate daily.
2.Never have an answer before the person is done speaking.
3.Listen intently. Understand the significance of what the person is saying.
4.If you don't understand ask a question or several.
5.Read every day. It could be a blog, a chapter in a book, a news article , or anything that has words written on it.
We need to become more selective when we utter words. We need to craft them to make changes. If we are just repeating half truths there is no reason to say anything. Make sure your words are constructive and make things better. Words have power, so charge them up with positivity.
3)WHAT YOU DO:
Action is what remembered. How you interact with others is a key factor in your success. Make others feel special and they desire your time. Make yourself scarce. Don't be commodity , be a luxury. Leave a legacy, work towards your destiny everyday. Yes, your life is one-of-a-kind so live it as such.
1.Plan the night before. Write down one or two things to accomplish the next day.
2.Whatever you do has consequences so choose from your moral compass.
3.Make your task for the benefit of others. This is the easiest way to get anything done. Being selfish will always weigh heavy on your soul.
4.At the end of everyday give thanks that you have the tools to accomplish anything you set your mind to.
5.A successful life is to obtain the riches to give it away.
A joyful life is one you choose for yourself. Always connect the dots for others, Make their lives richer. Every morning ask yourself who you will help today. You wont flounder when your life is full of confidence without arrogance. Practice mindfulness always and smile every day. Your actions will be fruitful.
