What I like to do is obtain everything out of my mind and onto paper.
I performed it today. Pull an empty sheet of the white journal and draw an upright line down the center and a straight line across the center, so you’ve received quadrants on your paper.
In the prime lefthand corner, I write, “Must do.” Top right, I write “Should do.” Bottom left, I write “Could do,” and bottom right, I write “Want to.”
And I just begin composing things out of my head into those four classifications.
