Voting going with CF
The votting is going on about the coinflex and Mr. Roger. There are two option Yes and No! Well then it is not surprising to see why people voted yes under those circumstances. As long as the deal wasn't a complete rip off, people will accept anything to have access to their money again.However, people voting yes doesn't imply they felt the deal was fair. Just that it was better than the alternative of waiting for months for a new proposal lol.
If this was true then the term sheet would’ve taken a few days instead of 1 month plus. There was definitely lots of negotiations around those terms between different constituents.
Another thing is that, the transaction with smartbch was done with CF owner. No agreement was signed with CF relating to the bridge. The onwer of the CF is the one holding smartbch to ransom. Yes bodao/bch alliance has proposed something which also has no guarantees per the current implementation. The owner of the CF is just riding it and acting smart. When everything is stripped away, did not budge, just took the money. There was no need for the deal really. The bridge will not be restored until shagate and bch alliance was already maintaining the peg. You could exit through bolivar maintained by the alliance.
Only thing that happened is you take a haircut called LBCH on your sbch stuck on cf. A near 100% haircut. Man, remember when Roger ver straight up lied on Twitter and said exactly the opposite of what was true, and then left us all out to hang and rot while the exchange he recommended us and partnered with went belly up, and offered no compelling counter narrative, and still has defenders in this community? Crazy, Just wild. Rugged the entire community and pretty successfully blamed it on someone else. You gotta admit, kind of stylish. Hearsay is a dangerous thing. This is why I avoid any references to Roger in handling this issue. What's your evidence? If you believe whatever you hear without proof, you are in for a lot of pain in crypto. Pretty sure I already stated above that I don’t believe you’re worth engaging with, so I will continue that policy.
