Pataler dolma materials:

1. Patal

2.Onion crumbs

3. Garlic paste

4. Ginger paste

5. Raw chilli powder

6. Tomato crumbs

7. Bay leaves

8. Yellow powder

9. 10 in chilli powder

11. cumin powder.

12.Coriander powder

13. Mustard oil

Salt method:

1. Cut the patal khesa, cut it from all sides (there will be gaeta), apply salt and fry it in oil.

2. Onion with bay leaves with oil in pan,

3. One by one you have to fry garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato paste.

4. Grind turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder with a little water.

5. When the oil rises, stir again with the fried patal for 1 minute, then add some water as expected (do not give too much water), cover for 8-10 minutes. . Remove the lid, when it is tanned, when the oil rises, take it down and serve it with hot rice.
