Ingredients:
150 g boneless flintlocks,
150g pork,
150g of beef,
2 tomatoes
6-7 red roasted peppers,
3 onions,
a little olive oil,
with, pepper, crushed hot pepper, parsley,
2 glass of water
Preparation:
Leskovac shaker is called just that because it puts more types of meat, it does not mix but just shakes from time to time so as not to burn.
First, prepare a bowl in which a little oil is put. Put the chopped meat to simmer, when it changes color, add onion, tomato, and paprika. All diced. Add with, pepper, to taste. Pour a little water, cover and cook over low heat for about an hour and a half until all the ingredients are combined. At the end of cooking, add crushed hot pepper and fresh parsley to taste. Stir the stirrer and it's over. Enjoy <3
