Components:

  • 2 cups polenta (from yogurt)

  • 2 cups flour

  • 4 tablespoons grits

  • bag of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup oil

  • 3 cups acidic water

  • potatoes, peas, carrots, 50g each

  • corn, red pepper, 50g each

  • pickles 200gr

  • vegetable smoked cheese 200gr

  • with, pepper, and who puts Vegeta to taste

Way of preparation:

Recipe officially on my "under mandatory" list for SV. Nicholas. She got it in Nis from an acquaintance, but without vegetables. What would you say a clot? It was ok for me, but I always had the impression that I needed to change something. And I remember that recipe with vegetables and ham and cucumbers, which is popularly called SPANISH PIE, I make a small craft and I put vegetables and cucumbers in the recipe I got.

Of course, there was luck, happiness, joy, and tasting of my friend Milan. He couldn't believe they were lean, primarily because of the color. And then because of the taste. I bake them in a silicone muffin tin (I have them in the shape of a heart), although I can also bake them in a kuglof or an ordinary tin.

It turns out a lot, it can last longer, but… they are eaten very quickly as they are delicious. Mix all powdered ingredients.

Your polenta is yellow corn flour and is available in the store but not as small as flour but a little larger as semolina. Add oil, sour water, and cooked vegetables. Feel free to use a package of frozen vegetables. One bag of 500 gr is enough. Add finely chopped cucumbers and coarsely grated cheese. If necessary, add another third of a glass of acidic water. Rate from the eye. The mass should be as grainy as for ordinary pooja. Pour into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Pleasant !!!!

Fasting pooja with olives

It's necessary:

  • 1.5 cups of white coffee corn yellow flour

  • 1 cup white coffee sour water

  • 1/2 cup white coffee oil

  • 1 leek

  • 100 g of olives

  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds

  • 1 baking powder

  • a little salt

1)Finely chop the leeks and olives, place in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well. If you don't like only cornflour, then add wheat flour (half-half).

2.)Pour into a pan greased with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also bake molds.

3.)Bake at 200 C for about 25 minutes. Pleasant!

I made the recipe and that is, my mother made it, it's great. There is another drawback with this project that you can put pickles, champignons, and so on in these projects. But according to this, it is in the first place.
