Components:

For 12 muffins:

  • 100 g of margarine

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 1 vanilla sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 160 ml of yogurt

  • 160 ml of milk

  • 200 g of sharp flour

  • 1 baking powder

  • 40 g cocoa

  • 30 g of chocolate powder

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

1.Whisk the softened margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the eggs and stir until all the sugar has melted.

2.In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cocoa, chocolate powder, and cinnamon.

3.Add yogurt and milk to the mixture with the eggs, and then the dry ingredients, and mix everything well with a mixer until you get a fine smooth mixture.

4.Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, or if you don’t have silicone, then place the paper baskets in the muffin pan and then pour the mixture.

5.Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Do the test with a toothpick - if it comes out dry, the muffins are ready.

6.Take the cooled muffins out of the mold and enjoy them with a glass of milk or tea. Pleasant! :)

STUFFED CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Extra fine stuffed chocolate muffins can also be the work of your hands. With a little more effort and goodwill, delicious chocolate snacks sprinkled with coconut and crumbs can come out directly from your oven.

Components:

  • 280 grams of flour

  • 1 baking powder

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa

  • 1 egg

  • 140 grams of brown sugar

  • 80 g of butter

  • 150 g of milk spread

  • 100 g of coconut flour

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 1 vanilla sugar

  • 100 g of cooking chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 80 g of butter

  • chocolate crumbs

  • 300 ml of yogurt

Way of preparation:

Put milk spread, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar in a whisking bowl, and mix with a mixer until the ingredients are combined. Add coconut flour and stir. From the mixture, we form balls with our hands. We put paper baskets in the recesses in the muffin tin. In a bowl with flour, add baking powder, cocoa, and stir. In a whisk, beat the egg, add 80 grams of butter and beat with a mixer. Then add brown sugar, yogurt, and stir until the ingredients are combined. Add flour with cocoa and baking powder and mix with a food processor until the ingredients are combined.

Spoon the mixture into paper baskets in the mold. We put balls on the mixture. Fill the baskets with dough. Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C. Put 80 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, and chocolate broken into pieces in a pan on the stove and mix. When the butter and chocolate melt, remove the pan from the stove.
