Recipe for a quick, creamy cake with apple and vanilla. Everything is baked together and it is a fantastic combination. We like it hot because it is so juicy and creamy. But chilled is just as nice. I made it with one apple, 2 smaller pears, and a bigger orange and it turned out fantastic and delicious...
Components:
1 larger apple (or 1 smaller apple, 2 smaller pears, and 1 larger orange)
For pudding filling:
1 egg
200 ml. milk
1 bag of vanilla pudding
50 gr. sugar
For the dough:
2 eggs
100 gr. sugar
100 ml. milk
20 ml. oils
200 gr. flour
half a bag of baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Preparation:
Pudding: Mix in a small pan and cook until thickened. While it is warm, pour it into a decorating bag or a freezer bag. Dough: Mix the ingredients for the dough, the order of addition goes according to the listed ingredients. Stir in the chopped apple and pour everything into a 22x30 or so pan. Make pudding patterns and place them in the oven immediately. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees. If the pan is smaller then bake longer.
Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and enjoy. Pleasant!
