PRENATAL VISIT:
At least 8 visit during her pregnancy in order to reduced maternal mortality rate. It is very important to prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. At least one visit for the first and second trimester and at least two visit in the third trimester.

Assess client history, include name, age, address, civil status and others
Determine gravidity, parity and T-PAL scoring
Compute Expected date of delivery
Compute age of gestation
Conduct physical examination
Lab test request and result
