Complaining Solves Nothing!

It solves nothing. Not even the least of man's problems. Yet, we all embrace it. We all have complained at one time in life or the other.

We complain about our job, family, friends, nation, and anything that seems to make us inconvenient. We think doing so will lessen the burden, but no, it makes it heavier.

Only those who believe that complaining does not solve any problem push it away.

Sadly, many do not know that complaining affects the mind negatively. The more you complain, the more you get accustomed to seeing nothing good in what happens to you.

The more you complain, the more you believe there's no way out.

The more you complain, the lesser the possibility for you to embrace the new man in you.

Complaining is never an option! Doing so is following the pattern in society.

Those who have places to go, do not complain about the obstacles. Those who know that behind the dark cloud lies a silver lining, refuse to be held back by anything.

In life, everything can't be rosy, you have got to expect problems and solve them. Decide today that no matter what happens, you would seek a solution and not complain.

Stop complaining about not having sponsors! Stop saying "I don't have a job". Stop magnifying your limitations. Live a life that sees opportunity in everything.

Think about this as you go about today; Complaining solves nothing.

GET OUT OF THAT PHASE!

What is your past to you? A visiting place or a dwelling place?

Most times, we get excited about past success, achievements, and happiness. This excitement makes some believe that there can be no other place than the past, so, they remain there.

To others, past success and achievements motivate them to do better in future.

Some have painful pasts with bitter experiences. While the majority refuse to let go of this phase and hold tightly to it like treasure, others have learnt that the past can not be helped.

Which category do you fall in?

Are you a past dweller or you've moved to the future?

No matter what your past looks like. It is gone. It is a phase you can no longer control. You lost the power over your past the minute you stepped into the present.

The past is only a place of reference. A place to visit and say "I'm glad now is better than then". A place to look at and smile. Smile that you refused to hold on to rejection, failure, sorrow. A place that sets the foundation for the future.

Hey! Don't tell me you've moved away from your past when your actions and thoughts are still directed towards it.

You will know if you've moved away from the past by your readiness to become new, aim higher and become better.

Dwelling in the past limits. Get out of it by shunning every thought that takes you back. You have a beautiful future before you.  You have now, a phase which you have power over.

Your yesterday shouldn't be better than now, no! It should be the opposite. Refuse to stay in your past, get out now!

Demands

When your demands started falling you have to sit down and examine some things.

1. Why am I having low demanding?: When you know you're why you will then think of your S which is the solution, you discover your problem first before seeking help/solution.

2. Does your goods/products meet their needs or wants: Let's say you are selling lightening hand made body cream/soap or drug to lose/add weight and in the end, they do not see the effect,  there is a hundred per cent possibility that they won't patronize you next time, make sure your goods/products meet the needs/wants of your customers so that they can patronize you next time.

Here are some clues to enhance your career.

1. PACKAGING: Which kind of packaging do you give your goods/products? Is the one that has outdated? gonna the days they used to say, "don't judge a book by its cover" nowadays we check the cover of the book and the book itself, whatever You are selling package it very well even if is ordinary locust beans make it attractive, "container is important as well as your content" your packaging is the first thing that will attract them to you.

2. ALWAYS PUT ON A SMILE: That beautiful and simple smile of yours is one of the ingredients you need to boost your business, here is A that is always smiling with his/her customers and B on the other hand around his/her face as if the whole is on top of his/her head, even if you are the one you will do to A, greet your customer with a warm smile before they even ask you how much you are selling your goods/products and they won't hesitate to come back next time.

3. ADVERTISEMENT: Don't say because you have not to reach Dangote's level! there is no need for you to advertise your goods/products, how will they know what you are selling if you don't advertise it, it is not necessary you must go to radio or T.V station before you can advertise your goods/products, social media is there where you can advertise your goods/products to the world.

4. LOCATION: Your location is also essential, you can't be selling phones or laptops and be staying in one village, let's say you are selling bed and you open your store where they are using the mat to sleep(unless you educate them about it), definitely you are in the wrong place you to need to establish your business where they need it like you are selling phone and laptop you have to open your shop in the city where those who know the value of phone and laptop reside.

5. TRUST AND EXPERT: Can your customers trust you with their money? are you a man/woman of your words? If you tell your customers to come by 2.pm make sure you meet up with the time and your expertise is also essential as your trust, Trust + Expertise= CREDIBILITY. ( according to Neil Patel)

6. FRIENDSHIP: Don't let your human behaviour be solely consumed by the amount of money you can get from your customers, build a relationship with them, treat them fairly, recognize their worth and respect them.

By working on these tips, you will see positive change in your business.
