How to deal with stress

Introduction

In life we all feel trapped in a certain situation where we find ourselves unable to do anything . It is at that point we realise we are helpless . This helpless has to be dealt off otherwise it transforms into what we call " stress " .

Basically stress is nothing but that helpless phase where something doesnt have a solution or where we can't get something off our own mind . Mind is a mighty weapon . It can not only destroy the one you want to avenge but it can also destroy you by changing stress reach a level where you can't even control your own brain . That is the basic reason where people mis judge certain situations or even take their own lives due to hoplessness

How to deal ( This is through my experiences in life )

1. Agreement

Agree that a certain thing happened to you . Agress that you were a failure . It is okay to fail . Just like the day ends night begins just like dusk and dawn just like sun and moon failure and success too are . So agree if you failed .

2. Can something be done ? Do you have another chance ?

If there is another try to it . Do what you wanted to achieve . Mending a relationship or business failure or your next album or to get a role in a movie . Try it out maybe you succeed or at most youll still be a failure and thats totally fine .

If nothing can be done let it go . What if Obama contested for a role in how i met your mother and Josh Rodner ran for elections . Not apt right . Maybe the thing thats causing you stress is probably the wrong genre you are looking for . Maybe the girl you thought would marry you isnt the one and that is causing stress to you . Maybe the job you wanted so desperately isnt for you and thats causing stress . You never know theres a better door to be opened yet .

3. Act ! And forget .

Do what is needed to get things on track and forget about it . If it works your stress is gone already because youve finally achieved what you wanted . If it doesnt let it go and forget because when you see yourself five years or mayve 5 weeks down the lane the thing you are stressed about wont even exist but new something would pop up . So bukkle up stress eats you up . Dont be a fool by your brain but fool your brain in order to make it stronger .
