Melting glacier of physical jobs.

Technologies growing rapidly and new inventions making work flow more smoother and quick. Modern computerized and robotic aggression in every field burning the physical job glacier more effectively. Especially in last three years after COVID-19 pandemic, the institutionalised robotic replacement create more danger to the people who are affiliated with typical Jobs.

The pandemic gives birth to remote work ( work from home) which generate ideas to innovative minds to do more focus on

• Distance services

• Robotic assistance

All these three developed quickly and made harsh threats to physical jobs. Now we are looking that These characteristics replacing human jobs in no time.

Al & Automation

We all know that artificial intelligence and Automation affects human job more then anything. Automation created flooded machinery which took place human job heavily. If we see data by sector wise , we can point out it easily.

Automation eating up semi skilled, traditional professions and manual tools handling Jobs. No doubt Al do a revolution but the jobs of programmers, content creators, data entry, data analytics, translators, proof readers, health care and legal assistance, social media hubs are on risk and may they loose jobs maximum by 2030.

Distance services.

Web 3 technology with internet Access to most parts of globe threating the physical jobs of teachers, medical staff , technical assistance, marketing experts and CSA Staff. Work from home , learning from home and online services providers made much easy for everyone to get knowledge without attending the regular classes and workshops.

In first decade of the century we saw that technicians ( Barber, electrician, plumber, wood workers and other small skills were going to doorstep of people to do services. In next decade people started going to their workplace for the needs like saloon , wood workshop etc but now the things coming under finger tips and faculties are available 24/7 online for services.

Robotic services.

Latest inventions in this field making tough to stay on physical jobs for medical OT staff , attendants and nursing staff, advisers, security checkpoint Staff , fast food dine in servers and even the fire fighters. Robotic services units are accurate, more efficient, less costly and long term strategy. But same time threat for human job as well .

Affects on human.

Source of income for any human is always a hope of survival and happiness. Alive source of income has great positive psychological impact on human. But when a human loose his job , he feels depressed and whole family suffered. He can't move forward or can't think better because hunger is biggest issue to any living soul. It made affect on overall at family and community as well because circle of cash flow has been interrupted.

Conclusion.

We can't stop people from innovations but we can trim ourselves accordingly, we can modify our struggle line , we can develop ourselves by modern technologies learning and skills to combat with latest inventions. We must learn and explore new dimensions for our living otherwise it will be difficult to survive.
