Classic or Minimalist

In the world of design, there are several kinds of models that are adopted or used by everyone. Both design lovers and design actors or what we know as designers.

A designer also has many types, from clothing designers, or engineering designers who have divided again in each field they are involved in.

Design engineers usually sound like designers for machines, designers for buildings, and also designers for electricity.

The one who is more dominant in this and often exposed is a building/interior designer

Where in the world of building/interior design, there are various forms of design. If it is mentioned, there are so many and it will take a lot of time if it is explained or discussed one by one.

For today's, I want to write two types of design in the world of interiors in the world of buildings.

About the form of classic design and minimalist design. Why not with a modern design? Maybe because the modern design is more synonymous with a blend of minimalism and classic so it's better to talk about minimalist design.

In classical design, especially in terms of the world of buildings and interiors, it is usually known as models that adhere to ornaments or curves that can be said to be difficult. Stuff in the world of classic design also adopts the word heritage from the old times. Art is often better known as vintage.

Carvings and curves clearly represent every part of classic design in the world of buildings and interiors. Buildings that adopt the usual classic design are more inclined to historical heritage buildings, palaces, and other furniture.

The inner beauty found in classic design is a matter of cultural values, form and a story contained in it. But that doesn't mean in a house where you don't deserve to be called or use a classic design. In fact, there are luxury homes and simple houses that adopt classic designs in the design form they use.

As for minimalist design, it is better known as a design understanding that minimizes everything. Both shape, interior, color, and other aspects. Although the impression is minimalist but in reality a minimalist design cannot be said to be cheap. Because real minimalist designs can even be more expensive than classic designs. It depends on the pattern and materials used, especially in terms of the world of buildings.

The art of minimalist design adheres to the element of simplicity without adhering to complexity. Straight lines and every shape are made clear in an accent. Both the use of color and the interior. The same goes for the materials used.

For a minimalist design, millennials are currently more favored by millennials. The minimalist and compact design make it a choice in the fast-paced era and reduced land availability.
