As bitcoin cash users, we are no stranger to wallets. Wallets are a place to store some money that we will save and of course also need the words safe, comfortable, easy, and reliable.

And for a wallet, the hardware wallet category is very qualified when talking about the word security compared to cold wallets, let alone hot wallets.

But this time maybe I just want to discuss the cold wallet problem. Indeed, there are many cold wallets, especially those that can be used as Bitcoin Cash coin storage. But this time the discussion may only fall on 5 decent and reliable cold wallets.

Here are 5 cold wallets that you can consider using as your bitcoin cash wallet.

1. Bitcoin.com

https://www.bitcoin.com/

As the most widely used bitcoin cash cold wallet, bitcoin.com now comes with a variety of interesting features. And recently there is the addition of coins to this cold wallet where ethereum coins are added to make it easier for users if they want to swap their bitcoins or bitcoin cash into ethereum or vice versa. Indeed bitcoin.com is present like a multi-coin wallet, but when launched the goal is to make it easier to use and also easy for users.

Bitcoin.com can be used on various devices, including Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS.

2. Electron Cash

Electron Cash is a cold wallet that also provides many features for bitcoin cash coin users. As a reliable cold wallet, electron cash supports the SLP token feature, as well as cash fusion.

It is very easy and the advantage is that it does not require much space for installation. Supports Windows, Linux, and also android. So easy to get.

3. CoinFlex

As a multi-coin wallet, CoinFlex can be relied on because of the various features available. Coupled with the presence of Smart BCH which has been widely discussed lately. CoinFlex can be used as a bridge from using Metamask which does not support Bitcoin cash coins directly.

By using CoinFlex users can send directly to addresses supported by smart BCH. So that they can have tokens that already exist on the current smart BCH network.

4. Jaxx Wallet

As one of the cold wallets that can be said to support a lot of coins in one hand. You could say Jaxx is the most multi-tasking cold wallet. Users can make purchases or sales or exchange the coins they want at any time.

Currently, Jaxx is also available for use on computers (Windows, Mac, and Linux), as well as on mobile (Android and iOS devices), and a Chrome browser extension is also available.

5. Coinbase

Coinbase, like the Jaxx wallet, can be said to be a multi-tasking cold wallet. Not only in the form of storage but also can exchange between coins with one another.

Available for computer devices such as desktop, mac, and Linux. Also for android and ios mobile devices.

Maybe it's 5 wallets for bitcoin cash users to consider. Regarding the advantages and disadvantages of course each factor has its own. And for security, of course, this is better than a hot wallet or exchange wallet. Where there is the word not your key not tour money.

Cold wallet advantages are easy and free because it does not have a physical. In contrast to hardware wallets, which are physical and have a price, they are quite safe when it comes to security compared to cold wallets.

For security issues, the best solution is to stick to the traditional way of doing things. Record and save it on a piece of paper as a condition of guarding when your device is damaged or anything else.

Outside of this discussion is not advertising or anything else. This is just writing about cold wallets worth considering.

I am only using a Bitcoin.com wallet for saving and holding my funds. Yesterday I used coin flex but It has a gas fee for sending and receiving BCH. Coinbase is also good but it takes much time in transactions. I only use Bitcoin wallet it is easy and has cool features. Btw, didn't experience other wallets.
