মানব দেহের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ক্ষতিকারক মাদক ]—কোকেন কোকেন — Cocaine [ মানব দেহের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ক্ষতিকারক মাদক ] ————— **গাঁজার পরেই সারা বিশ্বে সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় অবৈধ ড্রাগ কোকেন। এ মাদকের সবচেয়ে বেশি ব্যবহার উত্তর আমেরিকার দেশগুলোতে, এরপরেই আছে ইউরোপ এবং দক্ষিণ আমেরিকা। উন্নত বিশ্বের এক থেকে তিন শতাংশ মানুষ জীবনের নানা পরিস্থিতিতে কোকেন সেবন করে। ২০১৩ সালের এক জরিপে দেখা গেছে, এ বছরে ৪ হাজার ৩০০ মানুষের মৃত্যুর সরাসরি কারণ ছিল কোকেন। এ সংখ্যা ১৯৯০ সালে ছিল ২ হাজার ৪০০। কোকেন সর্বপ্রথম এর পাতার নির্যাস থেকে আলাদা করা হয় ১৮৬০ সালে। আর ১৯৬১ সালে আন্তর্জাতিক আইনে মাস্তি করার জন্য কোকেন সেবন অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য হয়।** কোকেনের রাসায়নিক উপাদান বেনজয়েলমিথাইলএকজোনিন। এটি সাধারণত পাইপের সাহায্যে নাক দিয়ে টেনে নেয়া হয়, পাত্রে রেখে তাপ দিয়ে বাষ্প গ্রহণ করা হয় অথবা ইনজেকশনের মাধ্যমে ধমনীতে কিন্তু মাদক হিসেবে এর রয়েছে ব্যাপক ব্যবহার। এ কারণে সারা বিশ্বে বিশাল এক সিন্ডিকেট রয়েছে যারা কোকেন চোরাকারবারিতে জড়িত। সম্প্রতি বাংলাদেশও এ মাদক পাচারের রুটে পরিণত হয়েছে। কোকেনের ১১টি মারাত্মক ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব জেনে নিন কোকেন মানবদেহের জন্য অন্যতম ক্ষতিকর মাদকদ্রব্য। আর এ মাদকটি একবার শুরু করলে তা ছাড়া প্রায় অসম্ভব হয়ে পড়ে। এ লেখায় থাকছে মানবদেহে কোকেনের ১২টি প্রভাব। কোকেন মানুষকে মিথ্যা কল্প জগতে নিয়ে যায়। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে এটি মানসিক ও দৈহিক অনুভূতি বাড়িয়ে দেয়। মস্তিষ্কের আচরণগত পরিবর্তন ঘটায়। ফলে এটি গ্রহণের পর আনন্দদায়ক অনুভূতি হয় আর এর অভাবে নানা সমস্যা হয়। কোকেন এতোখানি নেশা সৃষ্টি করে যে, একজন নেশাগ্রস্ত ব্যক্তি অন্য কাউকে কোকেন গ্রহণ করতে দেখলেও নেশা অনুভব করে। এটি হৃৎপিণ্ডে রক্ত সঞ্চালনে বাধা দেয় বিধায় কখনও কখনও এটি জীবনের জন্য হুমকি স্বরূপ হয়ে উঠতে পারে। কোকেন ব্যবহার কারীদের হার্ট অ্যাটাকের সম্ভাবনা অন্যদের তুলনায় ২৪ গুণ পর্যন্ত বেড়ে যায়। এটি সেবন করলে মস্তিষ্কের ধূসর অংশ, যা স্মৃতিশক্তি ধারণ করে তার পরিমাণ কমে যায়। কোকেন সেবনে বিষণ্ণতা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে। এর কারণ হিসেবে রয়েছে একটি বিশেষ প্রোটিনের ঘাটতি সৃষ্টি। খাওয়ার রুচি কমিয়ে দেওয়ায় কোকেন সেবনে অনেকেরই ওজন কমে যেতে পারে। নাকের অভ্যন্তরে কোকেন ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব বিস্তার করে। এতে নানা স্বাস্থ্যগত সমস্যা সৃষ্টি হয়। কোকেন গ্রহণের ৪৮ ঘণ্টা পরেও মুত্র পরীক্ষায় তার প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়। তবে নিয়মিত ব্যবহারকারী হলে এ সময় আরও দীর্ঘ হতে পারে। কোকেন গ্রহণের ৯০ দিন পরেও কোনো ব্যক্তির চুল হয় বিধায় আর্জেন্টিনা , পেরু ও বলিভিয়ায় কোকো চাষ বেশী হয়ে থাকে । হিস্ট্রি অব মেডিসিন ঃ- এর বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম করন করা হয় ১৭৫০ সালে এরিথ্রোনাইজল কোকো – ইহা এক ধরণের স্বাভাবিক গাছ থেকেই ইহা উৎপাদন হয়ে থাকে । ১৮৪৪ সালে কোকো পাতা থেকে তার প্রধান অ্যালকোলয়েড বা উপক্ষারকে আলাদা করা প্রথম সম্ভব হয় এবং ১৮৭৮ সালে মরফিন আসক্তদের চিকিৎসার জন্য কোকেন এর ব্যাবহার প্রথম শুরু হয় । মজার বিষয় হল দক্ষিণ অ্যামেরিকার ( আর্জেন্টিনা , পেরু ও বলিভিয়ায় ) আলু , আখ বা অন্যান্য ফল উৎপাদন কারী কৃষকরা সকালে কাজে যাওয়ার আগে এই কোকো পাতা হাতে মলে মুখে চিবিয়ে চিবয়ে কাজে যেতে ভালবাসেন ( অর্থাৎ স্নায়ুকে কিছুটা উক্তেজিত ও সতেজ করে, সে জন্য ) যে ভাবে আমাদের দেশে সকালে উঠে চা পান করি অথবা পান-সুপারি খেয়ে থাকি , ঠিক সে রকম বলতে পারেন । স্ট্রীট কোকেন ঃ রাস্থা ঘাটে নেশার জন্য ডিলাররা যে কোকেন বিক্রি করে ( “snow,” “flake,” or “blow ) তা মুলত বিভিন্ন কেমিক্যাল পদার্থ মিশ্রিত, বিশেষ করে ট্যালকম পাউডার, চিনি, অথবা বরিক অথবা লিকুইড হিসাবে নেশা কারীরা ব্যাবহার করে থাকে । কোকেন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড কে বেশ কয়েক ভাবে ব্যাবহার করে যেমন – ইঞ্জেকশনের মাধ্যমে, নাক দিয়ে বা মুখের মাধ্যমে টেনে ধূমপানের মত অথবা ডেঞ্জার স্ট্রিট নেশা কারীরা ভেজিনাল এবং পায়খানার রাস্থার মাধ্যমে ও ব্যাবহার করতে দেখা যায় । কিছু সেবন কারী কোকেন স্ফটিকগুলোকে কাচের উপর রেখে ব্লেড দিয়ে কেটে গুড়া করে তারপর গুড়াকে কয়েক লাইনে সুন্দর করে সাজিয়ে ডলার বা পাউন্ডের নোট বা সিগারেটের রাঙা কাগজে প্যাচিয়ে নলের মত করে তা নাসারন্ধ্রে প্রবেশ করিয়ে টান দিয়ে শুড় শুঁড়ির মাধ্যমে গুড়া এর সাধ গ্রহন করে । অন্যদিকে প্রফেশনাল ড্রাগস সেবন কারীরা পাউডার কোকেন ডিলারের কাচ থেকে সংগ্রহ করে ( কোকেন পাউডার পানিতে দ্রভিভুত হয় খুভ সহজে ) ইঞ্জেকশনের মাধ্যমেই ব্যাবহার করে – একে অনেক সময় ক্র্যাক কোকেন বলা হয় – তবে অতিরিক্ত লাভের আশায় ক্র্যাক কোকেন কে ডিলার রা ভিন্ন পর্যায়ে আর বিভিন্ন ভাবে ট্যাবলেট বা অন্যান্য ফর্মে ব্যাবহার করে থাকে যা সাধারণ পর্যায়ের ড্রাগস ব্যাবসায়িরা তা পারেনা বাস্থবে এ রকম ও দেখেছি প্রকৃত কোকেনের ৮০/১ মাত্রা ব্যাবহার করে কাল বাজারে ভিন্ন ধরণের ট্যাবলেট এবং সোডিয়াম জাতীয় পাউডারের সাথে মিশিয়ে বিভিন্ন পন্থা অবলম্বন করে বিক্রি হয় । ড্রাগস দালাল ব্যাবসায়িরা প্রথমেই ভদ্র ঘরের ছাত্রছাত্রী দের কে ট্রাপে পালানোর চেস্টা করে এবং এর জন্য তাহারা কোন কোন সময় মেইন ডিলারদের কাছ থেকে অনেক উচ্চ মূলের মুনাফা ও পায় – এরকম করে তারা, সাধারণ যুবক-যূবতিদের কে প্রথমে অন্যান্য সুখকর দুর্বল বিষয় সমূহের প্রতি ( আনন্দ- উল্লাস, উক্তেজনা ইত্যাদি ) আকর্ষণ করে উপকারী ঔষধ বলে খুভি অল্প দামে বিক্রি করে ( যাকে ক্র্যাক কোকেন বলা হয় এবং বেশির ভাগ ধুমপানের মতই ৮/১০ ঘন্টা পর পর তা সেবন করতেই হয় ) পরবর্তীতে চড়া দাম দিয়ে উক্ত আসক্তকারী ওদের কাছ থেকে ড্রাগ কিনে নিতেই হয় । মুলত এভাবে পৃথিবীর সেরা শহর সমূহ কে বিশাল একটা নেটওয়ার্কের কোকেনের সম পর্যায়ের নারকটিক্স অন্যান্য ড্রাগস যা একটু সস্থা সেই সব ড্রাগস ই বিক্রি বেশী হয় , যেমন ইয়াবা বা ঐ ধরণের আর কিছু ট্যাবলেট বা সিরাপ অথবা ইঞ্জেকশন ইত্যাদি যা কোকেনের মতই প্রয়োগ করতে হয় কিন্তু প্রকৃত কোকেনের মত সুখ কর নয় বরং তড়িৎ পার্স প্রতিক্রিয়া বেশী , বিস্তারিত ইয়াবা ও আফিম পর্বে জানতে পারবেন ) ( সেক্রেট অব মেডিক্যাল জার্নাল ) – বিগত কয়েক বছরের এক জরিফে দেখা যায় ইউরোপের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বেশী কোকেন সেবনকারী বাস ইংল্যান্ডে এবং যার মধ্যে পৃথিবীর সেরা নামি দামী ইউনিভার্সিটির ছাত্র ছাত্রীর সংখ্যা ১১% । তার কারন হিসাবে যা বুজেছি, সামাজিক ভাবে অবাদ স্বাধীনতা এবং অতিরিক্ত যৌনতার ছড়া ছড়ি এবং সবছেয়ে বড় কারন ওরা কোন ধর্মের প্রতিই বিশ্বাসী নয় ( বলতে পারেন এক ধরণের নাস্থিক ) , কারন আমার জানা মতে কোন ধর্মই ড্রাগস সাপোর্ট করেনা – সে জন্য যে সব অঞ্চলে নিজ ধর্ম ও সমাজের প্রতি আস্থাহীনতা বেশী সেই সব অঞ্চলেই বর্তমানে ড্রাগস আসক্তদের ছড়া ছড়ি বা ড্রাগসের গডফাদারদের বাজার খুভ বেশী গরম ( আইন যতই কঠিন হয়না কেন সমাজ এবং ধর্মীয় শাসন ছাড়া একে বন্ধ করা অসম্বভ ) কোকেন কিভাবে তৈরি হয় ঃ ( খুভি সঙ্কেপে তুলে ধরলাম বিস্থারিত প্রকাশ করা আইনগত বৈধ নয় ) কোকা পাতা থেকে যে এল্কালয়েড বাহির করা হয় (Erythorxylum ) মুলত ইহাই কোকেন । রাসায়নিক গঠনে এটা হল বেনজোয়েল মেথিল একগোনাইন এবং এর রাসায়নিক সম্বন্ধ রয়েছে অ্যাটরোপিনের অ্যামাইনো অ্যালকোহল ট্পিনের সাথে । প্রথম স্থর ঃ- কোকা পাতাকে সামান্য পানিতে ভিজিয়ে তাথে কার্বোনেট লবণ মিশ্রিত করে প্রায় ৩ দিন ভিজিয়ে রাখা হয় । পরবর্তীতে পাতার উপর ইরাইথ্রক্সিলাম ( পাতার ভিতর থেকে বাহিরে হলুদ দাগ দাগ আকারের যে ঘাম পাতার উপরে উঠে আসতে যা দেখা যায় ) ভেসে উঠে , ঘরোয়া ভাবে একে কিছু কিছু মাদক ব্যাবসায়ি কেরোসিন বা ডিজেল জাতীয় গরম তৈলাক্ত কিছু দ্রবন উক্ত পানিতে মিশিয়ে তা ছেকে অন্যত্র পাত্রে নিয়ে থাকে এরপর সেখানে একটু বেশী পরিমাণ সালফিউরিক এসিড মিশ্রিত করে । তখন সালফিউরিক এসিড কোকেন সালফেট তৈরি করে আবার কোকেন সালফেট থেকে সালফিউরিক আলাদা করার জন্য কাস্টিক সোডা মিশানো হয় – এভাবে বেশ কয়েক দাপ করার পর হলুদ যে পদার্থ সমূহ পাওয়া যায় ইহা রোদ্রে শুকিয়ে মেনুপেকচারিং কোকেন ড্রাগ ডিলার রা নিয়ে যায় ( প্রয়োজনে এর জন্য ওরা প্রাইভেট বিমান বাড়া করে বা রাষ্ট্রীয় বিশেষ নজরদারিতে কর্তব্যরত অনেক কে চোখ মুজানোর চেস্টা করেও তা নেওয়া হয় ) এরপর সেখানে খুভি উন্নত প্রযোক্তি ব্যাবহার করে, অর্থাৎ এই হলুদ কোকা পেইস্ট কে পুনরায় সালফিউরিক ও পটাসিয়াম পারম্যাঙ্গানেট মিশিয়ে নিউট্রেলাইজেশন করে হলুদ রঙের পরিবর্তন হয়ে ক্রিস্টাল সাদা বরন ধারন করে তখন পুনরায় এমোনিয়া ও সালফিউরিক দিয়ে কয়েক ঘন্টার জন্য দ্রভিভুত করার পর কোকেনের মল্ট তৈরি হয়ে থাকে ( মুলত ইহাই কোকেন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড cocaine hydrochloride ) যাকে চ্যাঙ্ক কোকেন বা ক্র্যাক কোকেন বলা হয় । আর এই চ্যাঙ্ক কোকেকন কে উন্নত প্রযোক্তিতে ভিন্ন ফমে ভিন্ন কোম্পানি, ভিন্ন ভাবে মাদক হিসাবে ব্যাবহার করে– তবে বেশির ভাগ , চিনি, গ্লকোজ বা ট্যালকম পাউডার জাতীয় পদার্থে মিশানো হয়ে থাকে , কেন না ইহা খুভ সহজে পানির সাথে মিশে যায় বা হিটের কারণে সরাসরি আবার কোকেন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইডে রুপ নিয়ে বাতাসের সাথে শরীরে খুভ দ্রুত মিশে যায় – অবশ্য কেউ কেউ চকলেট, ট্যাবলেট বা ভায়েলে ডিস্টিল ওয়াটারের সাথে ও মিশিয়ে বাজারজাত করে । চিকিৎসা বিজ্ঞানে কি কি কাজে কোকেন ব্যাবহার হয় ঃ – চোখ , নাক ,কান ও গলার সার্জারি ছাড়া চিকিৎসাবিজ্ঞানে আর কোথাও কোকেন ব্যবহৃত হয় না । শৈষ্মিক ঝিল্লীর উপরে কোকেন প্রয়োগে ৫-১০ মিনিটেন মধ্যে ঐ স্থান অসাড় হয়ে যায় এবং এই অবস্থা ২০ মিনিটের মত স্থায়ী হয় । কোকেন প্রথমে স্নায়ুর উপর সূক্ষ্ম প্রভাব এবং পরে স্থুল প্রভাব ফেলে । ফলে ব্যাথার অনুভূতির বিলুপ্তি ঘটে । এ ছাড়া ডিপ্রেশন জাতীয় কিছু ঔষধে যৌগ কম্বাইন্ড হিসাবে এর কিছু ব্যাবহার করেন ফারমাসিউটিকেল কোম্পানির কেমিস্টরা । কোকেন কিভাবে কাজ করে দেহের উপর ঃ কোকেন সেবন করার ২০-৩০ মিনিট পর মস্থিস্কের ডোপামিন ( ডোপামিন মস্তস্কের আনন্দ অনুভূতি বাড়িয়ে দেয় এবং সুখ অনুভব ক্ষমতা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে এবং অন্যান্য সুখকর হরমোন কে নিয়ত্রন করে, বিশেষ করে সেক্স হরমোনের ক্ষেত্রে একটু বেশী এবং সেরাটেনিন কে মাত্র ২ মিনিটে সম্পূর্ণ নিয়ন্ত্রণে সক্ষম বিধায় মানসিক টেনশন জাতীয় সমস্যা উপস্থিত সময়ের জন্য চলে যায় ) বৃদ্ধি করে নিউরোমটর সিস্টেম কে উজ্জেবিত করে প্রত্যেকটি কোষ কে সাময়িক আনন্দ-চঞ্চল অবস্থা স্বাভাবিক আনন্দের ১০ গুন বেশী করে এবং সে সময় এত বেশী noradrenaline নিঃসরণ করে যা ৪/৬ ঘণ্টা পর কোকেনের কার্যক্ষমতা চলে গেলে সেরোটোনিন এত টা বৃদ্ধি পায় তখন নেশাকারীর মেজাজে একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন ঘটে এবং পুনরায় ড্রাগ সেবন করার জন্য মানুষ পাগল হয়ে উঠে অর্থাৎ তখন নিউরো জংশন সমূহে Endorphins হরমোন বেশী নিঃসরন বন্ধ হয়ে যায় ( Endorphins হরমোন ব্যাথা, ডিপ্রেশন ও রাগ সমূহ ধমিয়ে রাখ ) এবং এভাবে ৩/৫ বার নেশা গ্রহন করার পর তার নিউরোমটর সিস্টেম খুভ বেশী আসক্ত হয়ে পরে যা আর চাইলে ও সেই আসক্ততা থেকে সুস্থ অবস্থায় ফিরে যাওয়া ৮০% বেলায় অসম্বভ হয়ে পরে । সে কারণে পুরাতন কোকেন সেবনকারীকে দিয়ে সবচেয়ে জগন্নতম কাজ সহ যে কোন ধরণের কাজ করানো সম্বভ এমন কি সুইসাইড জাতীয় কাজ সহ । যার কারণে ড্রাগস আসক্ততা খুভি বিপজ্জনক যে কোন ধরণের প্রাণীর জন্য এবং ইহা সম্পূর্ণ অবৈধ ও সর্বনিকৃষ্ট কাজ । শারীরিক ভাবে কোকেন অন্যান্য কি কি ক্ষতি করে ঃ– কোকেন খুভি শক্তিশালী ড্রাগস যা মস্থিস্কের বিবেক ও কর্মশক্তি হারিয়ে পেলে এর জন্য মানুষের সহিংস আচরণ দেখা দেয় এবং অনেক সময় ড্রাগ আসক্ততার কারণে তার আগের সকল সৃতি শক্তি ব্রেইন থেকে মুচে যায় ( পরীক্ষিত ) – এ ছাড়া ও কোকেন শরীরের রক্তের সাথে মিশে গিয়ে যা হতে পারে ঃ- হার্ট ঃ– কোকেন হার্টের পালস খুভ বেশী বৃদ্ধি করে । পুরাতন কোকেন সেবনকারীর উচ্চ রক্ত চাপ সব সময় ই থাকে যার জন্য ৯০% বেলায় সম্বাভনা থাকে হার্ট এ্যাটাক হওয়ার । ( পরীক্ষিত ) শ্বাস প্রশ্বাস জনিত ঃ– নাক দিয়ে ( স্নরিং ) কোকেন টানার জন্য, নাকের ভিতরের স্নায়ু সমূহ চেতনা শক্তি হারিয়ে ফেলে বিধায় সব সময় সর্দি ও সাইনুসাইটিসে ভুগতে দেখা যায় সেই সাথে ফুসফুসের ভিতরের সুক্ষ বায়ু থলীর স্নায়ু সমূহের যোগা যোগ স্থায়ী ভাবে বন্ধ হতে দেখা যায় । সে কারণে মস্থিস্কে অক্সিজেন সরবরাহ ঠিকমত করতে পারেনা এবং তখন স্ট্রোক হতে দেখা যায় । ( পরীক্ষিত ) পেটের সমস্যা ঃ– কোকেন আশক্তির কারণে পেটের ভেগাস নার্ভ সমূহের ক্রিয়া কর্ম পরিবর্তন হয়ে থাকে বিধায় , অন্ত্রে ছিদ্র বা আলাসার অথবা এনাজাইম জনিত গোলাযোগ লেগে থাকবেই । কিডনি ঃ পুরাতন কোকেন সেবন কারীর কিডনি ফেইলার হওয়াই স্বাভাবিক কেন না উচ্চ রক্ত চাপের কারণে কিডনিতে অনিয়ন্ত্রিত ভাবে প্রস্রাব বৃদ্ধি করে এবং কোকেন সেবন করার ৭ দিন পর্যন্ত কিডনির নেফ্রনে তার প্রভাব বিদ্যমান থাকে । অন্য দিকে কিডনির নেফ্রনের অচেতনতার কারণে পাথর জাতীয় অন্যান্য সমস্যা ৪৬% বেলায় বেশী দেখা দেওয়ার সম্বাভনা আছেই । প্রদাহ জনিত অসুখ ঃ- মস্থিস্কের উপর পাতলা ঝিল্লির আবরণী প্রদাহ, বাহুর প্রদাহ, ফুসফুসের ঘা, সেপটিক কোমা, হেপাটাইটিস , এইডস, ইত্যাদি পুরাতন কোকেন আসক্তকারিদের প্রায় হতে দেখা যায় । যৌন ফাংশনঃ যদিও কোকেন একটি কামোদ্দীপক হিসেবে বেশ খ্যাতি আছে বা সেই ট্রাপে ফেলে ড্রাগ ব্যাবসায়িরা সুস্থ তরুন- তরুনিদের কে আকর্ষন করাতে সমর্থ হয় কিন্তু তা সাময়িক ( ৩০-৯০ মিনিট ) , কারন হিসাবে কোকেন জাতীয় ড্রাগস সেবনে বন্যার মত প্রচুর পরিমাণে ডোপামিন বৃদ্ধি পায় ফলে আড্রিনালিন হরমোন সমূহ যৌনতার অনুভূতিতের মাত্রা বাড়িয়ে দেয় । সে সময় কোকেন সাময়িক সময়ের জন্য শরীরের স্টামিনা বৃদ্ধি করে আক্রমণাত্মক যৌনতা বৃদ্ধি পায় । যার কারণে অনেকে মনে করেন কোকেন যৌন শক্তি বৃদ্ধি করে কিন্তু তা সাময়িক । আসলে এ ধরণের ধারনা সম্পূর্ণ ভুল ( প্রমাণিত ) কেন না ইহা সাময়িক সময়ের জন্য বৃদ্ধি কারক হলে ও থালেমাসের স্নায়ু সমূহ কোকেন এডাক্টেড হয়ে পরবর্তীতে যৌন উক্তেজনা সম্পূর্ণ স্থবির বা নষ্ট হয়ে পরে । যেমনঃ- ের তিন টি ধাপ আছে, প্রথম পর্বে , দ্বিতীয় পর্বে ২০-৪০ মিনিট, তৃতীয় পর্বে , সময় বিধি শূন্যতে চলে যায় বা বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে সেকেন্ডারি কোকেন সেবক বন্ধাত্ত বা ইম্পটেন্সি অসুখে স্থায়ী ভাবে ভোগে থাকে বিশেষ করে পিনাইল নার্ভ সমূহ সম্পূর্ণ অনুভূতিহীন হয়ে পড়ে ( পরীক্ষিত ) বরং ক্রনিক কোকেন ব্যবহারের পুরুষ এবং মহিলাদের যৌন ফাংশন ক্ষতিসাধন করে বলে সবাই একমত । রিসার্চ অনুসারে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে কোকেন ব্যবহার কারিরদের সেক্স ড্রাইভ এবং কার্যকলাপ একটি বৃহদায়ন হিসাবেই পতন হয় এমনকি ক্রনিক কোকেন ব্যবহারের পুরুষদের এবং মহিলাদের যৌন ফাংশন ক্ষতিসাধন সহ সম্পূর্ণ নিস্থেজ হয়ে পরে । অন্য এক পরীক্ষায় দেখানো হয়েছে শুধু মাত্র প্রথম ৩/৭ ডোজে সেক্স ড্রাইব বিলম্বিত বা প্রতিবন্ধীদের উল্লাসধ্বনির মত কর্মকাণ্ড ছাড়া আর কিছুই আসা করা বোকামি । তাই যৌনতা বাড়ায় বা আরও নানা ধরণের যৌন প্রিতির সংজ্ঞা যারা দিয়েছেন তা সম্পূর্ণ ভুল । ( ___০) প্রথম ২/৩ দিন ড্রাগস সেবন করার ফলে ড্রাগস সেবনকারীরা ড্রাগসের নেশা শেষে যা করে থাকে ঃ ( নির্ভর করে মাত্রার উপর ) -( কোকেন জাতীয় ড্রাগের কাজ ১০-২০ মিনিটের পর শুরু হয়ে যায় ) মিথ্যা ধারণা বেড়ে যাওয়া, মানসিক ভাবে গড়মড়তা বেড়ে যাওয়া , ডিপ্রেশন, ঘুমের সমস্যা, মানসিক উদ্বেগ সব বেড়ে যাওয়া, মাংস পেশীতে টান বা খিঁচুনি অনুভব করা, ঠান্ড গরম বেশী অনুভুত হওয়া, অনৈচ্ছিক ভাবে দাতের চোয়াল দুটিকে কিল করে ধরা, ঝাপসা দৃষ্টি, বমি ভাব, মনোযোগের অভাব এবং সব সময় বিরক্ত থাকা , কোকেন জাতীয় ড্রাগস সেবনের ফলে হঠাৎ করে ক্ষুধা বেড়ে যাওয়া , শুকনো মুখ, বর্ধিত শ্বাসের হার, বর্ধিত রক্তচাপ এবং (প্রাথমিক গতি ) হৃদস্পন্দন ইত্যাদি – সে সময় পুনরায় শরীরে ড্রাগ নিলে নেশাকারী যা অনুভব করে ঃ ( ১৫- ৩০ মিনিটের ভিতর ) অবিলম্বে তাড়াহুড়ো রমরমা সুখ অনুভূতি বা মস্তিষ্কের সেন্সেরে ভাল একটা সুন্দর উপলব্দি ( এ সময় উক্ত ব্যাক্তি কে সাধারণ কেউ দেখে, বুজার মত কোন উপায় নেই , সে একজন ড্রাগ সেবন কারী মানুষ বরং তার চাইতে ভাল মানুষ খুভ কম আছে মনে করা যায় ) , বাচালতা বৃদ্ধি ও খুভি শান্ত মিজাজে কথা বলা, শারীরিক ও মানসিক ভাবে নিজকে খুভ মজবুত অনুভুত হওয়া বা কাম শক্তি বরধিত মনে করে, নিজকে পৃথিবীর স্রেস্ট একজন বীর মনে করে বিনা অজুহাতে বিভিন্ন ধরণের ঝগড়া ফসাদে জড়িয়ে পরে ইত্যাদি । ( যা সে নিজে বুজতে পারেনা আসলেই সে একেবারে দুর্বল যদিও ড্রাগস আশক্ততার কারণে তাই অনুভূত হয় ) ড্রাগে পূর্ণ আসক্ত হওয়ার পর ড্রাগস ঠিকমত না পেলে ঃ- ড্রাগস পাওয়ার জন্য উক্ত ব্যাক্তি যে কোন ধরণের মারাত্মক কর্ম কান্ড করতে পারে এমন কি কাউকে হত্যা সহ সব ধরণের কর্ম কান্ড করতে পারবে প্রয়োজনে সুইসাইড জাতীয় কাজ ও করতে পারে ( এক শ্রেণীর কিছু গড ফাদার রা ওদের কে দিয়ে এ রকম মারাত্মক জগনতম কাজ করিয়ে থাকেন ) দেহ ও মন দুর্বল হয়ে পরে । পেটের পীড়া দেখা দেয় এবং হজমের গন্ডোগোল দেখা দেয় । খাদ্যে অরুচি দেখা দেয় । শরীর ক্রমেই চিকন হতে থাকে । রক্তহীনতা দেখা দেয় । মুখে দুর্গন্ধ এবং মুখ থেকে লালা ঝরার প্রবণতা দেখা যায় । পেশীর কম্পন ও শরীরের উপ দিয়ে পোকামাকড় হেটে যাওয়া কোকেন আসক্তদের এক বিশেষ স্নায়ুসম্পর্কিত সমস্যায় দেখা দিয়ে থাকে । পরবর্তীতে উক্ত ড্রাগস সেবনকারীর সৃতি শক্তি হ্রাস পেতে থাকে এবং দিন দিন শিখার ক্ষ্যামতা , আপ্লুত আবেগ ও হ্যালুসিনেসন বা মায়াবিভ্রম দেখা দেয় এবং আসক্ত ব্যাক্তি এক পর্যায়ে বদ্ধ উন্মাদ হয়ে যায় ইত্যাদি । নার্ভের সকল শাখা প্রশাখা সম্পূর্ণ শুকিয়ে যায় বিধায় শারীরিক ভাবে খুভ তাড়া তাড়ী মারাত্মক একটা বড় ধরণের চিরস্থায়ী ক্ষতি হবেই ইহা সম্পূর্ণ নিশ্চিত । যার মধ্যে মস্থস্কের রক্ত ক্ষরন, ঘোর পাগল, হার্ট ফেইল , কিডনি নষ্ট হওয়া ও খিঁচুনি বেড়ে যাওয়া এবং সব শেষে মৃত্যু অনিবার্য । কোকনে সামাজিক ভাবে যে প্রভাব বিস্থার করে তার মধ্যে কোকেন সেবকদের মারাত্মক ভাবে শরীরের ইমিউনিটি শক্তি ক্ষয় হয় বিধায় এইচ আইভি ইনফেকশন এবং হেপাটাইটিস সি খুবই অল্প সময়ে দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি পায় ঐ সব অঞ্চলে । চিকিৎসা ঃ– ( কোকেন বা সম পর্যায়ের ড্রাগের জন্য ) ঃ- সত্য কথা কোকেন রিকভার করার জন্য এখন ও কার্যকর ঔষধ বাহির হয়নি যার জন্য রিহেবিটেশন জাতীয় পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভর করতে হয় এবং পুরাতন কোকেন সেবন কারীর অর্ধেক মানসিক ভাবে স্থায়ী বিকলাঙ্গতায় ভোগবেই ইহা নিশ্চিত – ড্রাগস বিরোধী ঔষধ ব্যাবহারের পূর্বে ড্রাগস বন্ধ করতে হয় এবং সে জন্য প্রথম ও প্রধান শর্ত ড্রাগস সরবরাহ দাতাদের সাথে যোগা যোগ সম্পূর্ণ বন্ধ করতে হবে যা প্রয়োজনে ২ বছর পর্যন্ত খেয়াল রাখতে হয় অথবা সে সময় উক্ত ব্যাক্তি কে অন্যত্র স্থান পরিবর্তন করে চিকিৎসা করলে বেশ ভাল রিজাল্ড পাওয়া যায় । ড্রাগ আসক্তি যেতে প্রথম বছর অর্ধেক কমে এবং পরবর্তী আর ৭ মাস ৪ দিন সময় লাগে সম্পূর্ণ আশক্ততা যেতে ( নির্ভর করে ড্রাগ আসক্তির পরিমানের উপর ) । মোট ৯ বার নিয়মিত কোকেন সেবন করার পর মস্থিস্কের নিউরোমটর সিস্টেম শতভাগ কোকেনের প্রতি আসক্ত হয়ে পরে তারপর ও স্নায়ু কোষ সমূহে তেমন স্কারচ না পড়ায় নতুন ড্রাগ সেবন কারীরা রিহেবিটেশন প্রক্রিয়ায় শত ভাগ ভাল হওয়ার আশা করা যায় – – তীব্র পর্যায়ে আক্রমণের সময় ঃ ( acute stage ) – ৪ থেকে ৭ সপ্তাহ ড্রাগস আসক্তা যখন তীব্র পর্যায়ে থাকে এ সময় একে একিউট স্থর বা স্পর্শ কাতর সময় বলা হয় । সে জন্য ড্রাগস বন্ধ করার সময় মাদক বিশেষজ্ঞ কে দিয়ে বেশ কিছু এন্টি ড্রাগস ঔষধ সেবন করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে নতুবা অবস্থার উপর বিবেচনা করে একজন রেজিস্টার্ড চিকিৎসক সাময়িক ভাবে ট্রাঙ্কুলাইজার বা নারকটিক জাতীয় ঔষধ প্রয়োগ করে থাকেন ( Methylphenidate– bupropion ইত্যাদি ) তা নির্ভর করে কোন ধরণের ড্রাগসে আসক্ত সেই মোতাবেক – নিচের কিছু ঔষধ মাদক বিরোধী হলে ও ইহার পার্স প্রতক্রিয়া খুভি মারাত্মক বিধায় চিকিৎসকরা সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যাবহারের পরামর্ষ দিয়েছেন- Baclofen ( ইহা মাংস পেশী খিঁচুনি জাতীয় কোকেন সেবন কারীদের বেলায় ব্যাবহার করা হয় ) Disulfiram – ( এন্টি মাদক বিধায় কোকেন সেবঙ্কারিদের বেলায় ব্যাবহার করা হয় ) -Gabapentin – ( ইহা ও একটি খিঁচুনি বিরোধী ঔষধ যা নতুন ড্রাগ আসক্তকারিদের জন্য উপকারী ) Modafinil – NAC (or N-Acetylcysteine) – Nocaine – Vigabatrin – ইত্যাদি গ্রোফের ঔষধ সমূহ http://www.nature.com/npp/journal/v18/n5/full/1395109a.html ( রিসার্চ ) নিম্নের ভেষজ সমূহ কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে কোকেনের বিষক্রিয়া ধ্বংস করতে সাহায্য করে বলে অনেকে মনে করেন ঃ- চাইনিস Bupleurum – হলুদ গাছের মুল ,Milk Thristle ইত্যাদি বা যে সকল খাবারে নাইট্রাস আওক্সাইড বেশী সে গুলো ও উপকারী । অথবা ঃ– সদ্য আবিষ্কৃত (Vivitrol ) ভিভাইট্রাল ইঞ্জেকশন দিয়ে বেশ উন্নত চিকিৎসা পদ্ধতি বাহির করেছেন ঔষধ বিজ্ঞানীরা । ঔষধ টি যে কোন ধরণের নেশাকারিদের বেলায় সফল ভাবে চিকিৎসা করা হয়ে থাকে এবং ঔষধ টি অনেক নিরাপদ – উক্ত ইঞ্জেকশন টি মস্থিস্কের ওপয়েড রিসিপ্টর কে সম্পুন বন্ধ করে কাজ করে বিধায় নেশা কারির নেশা একেবারেই চলে যায় বা তেমন পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া হয়না তবে সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য এখন ও অনেক ব্যায়বহুল । অথবা ভেষজ হিসাবে ( পৃথিবীর সর্বত্র খুভ সমাদৃত এবং পার্স প্রতিক্রিয়া খুভ কম ) ঃ- কারতুম ঃ ভেষজ হিসাবে কারতুম পাতার পাউডার বেশ উপকারী সে জন্য ইউকে,আমেরিকা সহ পৃথিবীর উন্নত দেশ সমূহের ড্রিংকের সাথে ইহা ব্যাবহার করা হয় – ( কারতুম ক্যাপস্যুল ও পাওয়া যায় ) ইহা থাইল্যান্ড এবং মালয়েশিয়াতে উৎপাদন হয়ে থাকে – এতে ২৫ টিএস অক্সাইডিন গুন ক্ষমতা সম্পন্ন বিধায় যে কোন ড্রাগের নেশা কাটাতে বেশ ভাল একটি ভেষজ – যদি ও সে দেশের মানুষ ভিন্ন ধরণের ব্যাথা ব্যাধিতে সেবন করে থাকেন — ড্রাগস সেবন বন্ধ করার পর সেবন কারীর যে সব অসুবিধা দেখা দেয় ঃ বিনা কারনে মেজাজ গরম থাকা , উদ্বেগ, বিরক্ত ভাব, গ্লানি, শরীর কে শক্তিহীন মনে হওয়া বা মানসিক চাঞ্ছলতা কমে যাওয়া, ঘুমের উলট পালট বা একেবারে কম হওয়া ইত্যাদি লক্ষণ সমূহ প্রথম তিন সপ্তাহ খুভ বেশী দেখা দিলেও ২৩ নাম্বার দিন থেকে খুব ধির গতিতে কমতে শুরু করবে এবং টানা ৯১ দিন পর এই সব সমস্যা ৪০% কমার কথা যদি ঠিক মত ব্যাবস্থা নেওয়া হয় । এ সময় নেশাকারী নিজে নিজে নিচের তিন ধরণের পদ্ধতি খুভ কঠিন ভাবে মেনে চলতে হবেই অথবা উক্ত নেশাকারীর দেখাশুনার দায়িত্বে থাকবেন যিনি তাকে অবশ্যই কঠোর মনোভাব সম্পন্ন হয়ে কাজ করতে হবে । আবেগ জনিত পরিবর্তন ( Emotional relapse ); খুব বেশী উদ্বেগ এবং রাগ সেই সাথে কান্না পেতে পারে যা দেখলে সকলের অন্য রকম মায়া অনুভূতি জাগলেও এ বিষয়ে আপোষহীন ভুমিকা রাখতে হবে ড্রাগ সেবনকারীর জন্য – কাউকে কোন ধরণের সাহায্যের কথা না বলা, খাদ্য গ্রহনে প্রবল অনিহা, সকলের সাথে সামাজিক বিচ্ছিন্নতা বা জন সমক্ষে না যাওয়া, ঘুমাতে চাইলে ও বারে বারে ঘুম পরিত্যাগ করা ইত্যাদি আর ও অনেক সমস্যা দেখা দিবেই মানসিক পরিবর্তন ( Mental relapse ) ঃ– প্রথম তিন সপ্তাহ বা কারও কারও বেলায় কয়েক মাস পর্যন্ত- ড্রাগের নেশার কারণে ড্রাগ পুনরায় পাওয়ার জন্য সকল ধরণের চেস্টা করে যাবেই , তবে সাবধান এ সময় যদি উক্ত ব্যাক্তি খারাপ কোন লোকের বন্ধুত্ত পায় তা হলে ড্রাগ পাওয়ার আসায় উক্ত ব্যাক্তি যে কোন ধরনের মারাত্মক অপরাধ জনিত বা জগন্যতম কাজ করে ফেলতে পারে বিধায় খুব সতর্কতার সাথে খেয়াল রাখার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে ( এশিয়ান দেশ সমূহে বেশির ভাগই পরিবারের কর্তা কে খুন করা বা ভিন্ন গড ফাদার রা বাড়াটে সন্ত্রাসী হিসাবে ওদের কে ব্যাবহার করে থাকেন এবং উন্নত দেশে ওদের কে ভিন্ন সুইসাইড জাতীয়
