कुछ उपहार इमाम या क़ाज़ी को अक़द के बाद दिए जा सकते हैं। यहाँ कोई माँग या ज़बरदस्ती नहीं है। [practice] दाई के जाने के समय जबरन धन इकट्ठा करने की प्रथा इस्लामी नहीं है। विवाह के समय उनके पास कोई कार्य या अधिकार नहीं है। [९]

الإسلام أسلوب حياة منظم. الزواج ليس لعبة. إنها الرابطة الأبدية بين حياتين. لذلك ، من أجل جعل هذه الرابطة منظمة وقوية ، هناك قواعد وأنظمة مختلفة في الإسلام.
الشرط الأول للزواج الإسلامي هو رضى الزوجين. فلا يجوز لولي أمرهما إجبارهما على الزواج في حالة عدم موافقتهما على الزواج. قال النبي الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لا يُزوجون بغير مشورة البكر أو إذنها بغير رضا البكر". ورضا العذراء الصمت [1].

"يا أيها الذين آمنوا! لا تخون الله ورسوله عمدًا ولا ثقتكم ". [9]
ِّنَّ اللَهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ خَوَّانٍ كَفُورٍ
"إنه لا يحب أي خائن جاحد للجميل". [10]
ِّنَّ اللَهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ َْن تُؤَدُّوا الْأَمَانَاتِ إِلَى َْهْلِهَا
"أمرك الله برد الأمانة على صاحبها" [11].

"وَإِذَا تَرْكِ الزَّوَءَ وَكُنْتَ عَدَدَهُنَّ ، فَلاَ تَمنَعُهُنَّ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ" [14].

Dowry !!
Dowry is an illegal and hateful practice in the eyes of Islam. Dowry is the gift given by the bridegroom as per the contractual demand of the bridegroom except for the dowry. In Islam, accepting dowry is completely forbidden.
It is not only impermissible to collect dowry as a condition of marriage under the provisions of Shariah; Rather it has been regarded as obvious oppression. There are many newly emerging customs or rituals in the life of the society which are seriously harmful for the whole society. Dowry is not new to our society but a tool of economic exploitation that has been around for a long time.
The abominable dowry system has emerged as an obstacle to a fair and orderly marriage. The inferior mentality of collecting dowry with marital relationship is tantamount to insulting humanity as a human being. According to the rules of Islam, there is no room for inhumanity in the conduct of human life.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) warned,
"No one's wealth is halal unless he provides it with satisfaction."
Islam's view on dowry is that the principle of Islam in the case of economic transactions should not be obtained illegally or in an indefinite way.
It has been narrated in the Holy Qur'an,
‘Do not consume each other's wealth unjustly among yourselves.’ (Surat al-Baqara, verse 18)
What is unjust or unjust cannot be accepted or claimed in any way. It is said in the Holy Qur'an that if it is done by force, it is a great injustice and its punishment can be horrible. Al-Nisa, verse 30) Dowry has no place in religious principles. The current dowry system is the complete opposite of the provision of marriage in Islam.
In the case of marital transactions, Islam dictates that the husbands must pay some money to the wife. Denmohar is one of the means to legalize marriage. Mohrana is very important in marriage in Islam. It has been strictly imposed on Muslim society since the advent of Islam. Mohrana Kanya's fair right. In the Holy Qur'an, Allah has clearly instructed women to give their dowry with satisfaction on the occasion of marriage, "And you will give women their dowry voluntarily." (Surah An-Nisa, verse 4)

পত্নী পুরুষের সহধর্মিনী, অর্ধাঙ্গিনী, সন্তানদাত্রী, জীবন-সঙ্গিনী, গৃহের গৃহিণী, সন্তানের জননী, হৃদয়ের শান্তিদায়িনী, রহস্য রক্ষাকারিণী, তার সুখী সংসারের প্রধান সদস্যা। সুতরাং এমন সাথী নির্বাচনে পুরুষকে সত্যই ভাবতে হয়, বুঝতে হয়। শুধুমাত্র প্রেম, উচ্ছৃঙ্খলতা ও আবেগে নয়; বরং বিবেক ও দিমাগে সে বিষয় নিয়ে চিন্তা করতে হয়।
সাধারণতঃ মানুষ তার ভাবী-সঙ্গিনীর প্রভাব-প্রতিপত্তি, মান-যশ-খ্যাতি, ধন-সম্পদ, কুলীন বংশ, মনোলোভা রূপ-সৌন্দর্য প্রভৃতি দেখে মুগ্ধ হয়ে তার জীবন-সঙ্গ লাভ করতে চায়; অথচ তার আধ্যাত্মিক ও গুণের দিকটা গৌণ মনে করে। যার ফলে দাম্পত্যের চাকা অনেক সময় অচল হয়ে রয়ে যায় অথবা সংসার হয়ে উঠে তিক্তময়।প্রি
য় নবী (সাঃ) বলেন,
تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ لِأَرْبَعٍ لِمَالِهَا وَلِحَسَبِهَا وَجَمَالِهَا وَلِدِينِهَا فَاظْفَرْ بِذَاتِ الدِّينِ تَرِبَتْ يَدَاكَ.
‘‘রমণীকে তার অর্থ, আভিজাত্য, রূপ-সৌন্দর্য ও দ্বীন-ধর্ম দেখে বিবাহ করা হয়। কিন্তু তুমি দ্বীনদারকে পেয়ে কৃতকার্য হও। তোমার হস্ত ধূলিধূসরিত হোক।’’[1]
তিনি আরো বলেন,
ليَتَّخذَ أحَدُكُمْ قَلْباً شَاكِراً وَلِسَاناً ذَاكراً وَزَوْجَةً صَالِحَةً تُعينُهُ عَلَى أَمرِ الآخِرَة.
‘‘তোমাদের প্রত্যেকের শুক্রকারী অন্তর ও যিক্রকারী জিহ্বা হওয়া উচিৎ। আর এমন মুমিন স্ত্রী গ্রহণ করা উচিৎ; যে তার আখেরাতের কাজে সহায়তা করবে।’’[2]
সুতরাং এমন পাত্রী পছন্দ করা উচিৎ, যে হবে পুণ্যময়ী, সুশীলা, সচ্চরিত্রা, দ্বীনদার, পর্দানশীন; যাকে দেখলে মন খুশীতে ভরে ওঠে, যাকে আদেশ করলে সত্বর পালন করে, স্বামী বাইরে গেলে নিজের দেহ, সৌন্দর্য ও ইজ্জতের এবং স্বামীর ধন-সম্পদের যথার্থ রক্ষণা-বেক্ষণা করে।[3]
মহান আল্লাহ বলেন,
فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللهُ
‘‘সুতরাং সাধবী নারী তো তারা, যারা (তাদের স্বামীদের অনুপস্থিতিতে ও লোক চক্ষুর অন্তরালে) অনুগতা এবং নিজেদের ইজ্জত রক্ষাকারিণী; আল্লাহর হিফাযতে (তওফীকে) তারা তা হিফাযত করে।’’[4]
এরপর দেখা উচিৎ, ভাবী-সঙ্গিনীর পরিবেশ। শান্ত প্রকৃতির মেজাজ, মানসিক সুস্থতা ইত্যাদি; যাতে সংসার হয় প্রশান্তিময়। জবালাময়তা থেকে দূর হয় বাক্যালাপ, লেন-দেন ও সকল ব্যবহার। বিবাহের একটি মহান উদ্দেশ্য হল সন্তান গ্রহণ । এ উদ্দেশ্যকে সামনে রেখে স্ত্রী নির্বাচন বাঞ্ছনীয়।
প্রিয় নবী (সাঃ) বলেন,
تَزَوَّجُوا الْوَدُودَ الْوَلُودَ فَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمْ الْأُمَمَ
‘‘অধিক প্রেমময়ী, অধিক সন্তানদাত্রী রমণী বিবাহ কর। কারণ, আমি তোমাদেরকে নিয়ে কিয়ামতে অন্যান্য উম্মতের সামনে (সংখ্যাধিক্যের ফলে) গর্ব করব।’’[5]
পাত্র বা পাত্রপক্ষ পারিপাশির্বক অবস্থা, পরিবেশ ইত্যাদি দেখে ও জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করে কোন পাত্রী পছন্দ হলে তার অভিভাবককে বিবাহের প্রস্তাব দেবে। তবে তার পূর্বে দেখা উচিৎ যে, সেই পাত্রী এই পাত্রের জন্য গম্যা কি না। অগম্যা বা অবৈধ হলে তাকে বিবাহ প্রস্তাব দেওয়া হারাম।
অনুরূপ যদি তার পূর্বে অন্য পাণিপ্রার্থী ঐ পাত্রীর জন্য প্রস্তাব দিয়ে থাকে, তাহলে সে জবাব না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত তার প্রস্তাবের উপর প্রস্তাব বা (দর কষাকষি করে) প্রলোভন বৈধ নয়। অন্যের অধিকারে হস্তক্ষেপ করা এবং এতে বিদ্বেষ গড়ে তোলা মুসলিমের কাজ নয়।
প্রিয় নবী (সাঃ) বলেন,
الْمُؤْمِنُ أَخُو الْمُؤْمِنِ فَلاَ يَحِلُّ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ أَنْ يَبْتَاعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَخْطُبَ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ.
‘‘এক মুসলিম অপর মুসলিমের ভাই। সুতরাং তার জন্য তার ভায়ের ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের উপর ক্রয়-বিক্রয় এবং বিবাহ-প্রস্তাবের উপর বিবাহ প্রস্তাব -তার ছেড়ে না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত - হালাল নয়।[6]
পাত্রী যদি কারো তালাকপ্রাপ্তা স্ত্রী হয়, তবে তার ইদ্দতে তাকে বিবাহ-পয়গাম দেওয়া হারাম। স্বামী-মৃত্যুর ইদ্দতে থাকলে স্পষ্টভাবে প্রস্তাব দেওয়া নিষিদ্ধ। ইঙ্গিতে দেওয়া চলে। মহান আল্লাহ বলেন,
وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا عَرَّضْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ خِطْبَةِ النِّسَاءِ أَوْ أَكْنَنْتُمْ فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ عَلِمَ اللهُ أَنَّكُمْ سَتَذْكُرُونَهُنَّ وَلَكِنْ لاَ تُوَاعِدُوهُنَّ سِرّاً إِلَّا أَنْ تَقُولُوا قَوْلاً مَعْرُوفاً وَلاَ تَعْزِمُوا عُقْدَةَ النِّكَاحِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ الله يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ فَاحْذَرُوهُ
‘‘আর যদি তোমরা আভাসে-ইঙ্গিতে উক্ত রমণীদেরকে বিবাহ-প্রস্তাব দাও অথবা অন্তরে তা গোপন রাখ, তবে তাতে তোমাদের দোষ হবে না। আল্লাহ জানেন যে, তোমরা তাদের সম্বন্ধে আলোচনা করবে। কিন্তু বিধিমত কথাবার্তা ছাড়া গোপনে তাদের নিকট কোন অঙ্গীকার করো না। নির্দিষ্ট সময় অতিবাহিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত বিবাহকার্য সম্পন্ন করার সংকল্প করো না এবং জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহ তোমাদের মনোভাব জানেন। অতএব তাঁকে ভয় কর।’’[7]

ممنوع الزواج منهم (مؤقت) الحلقة 3
وهناك أسباب أخرى لعدم تحريم الزواج بين الرجل والمرأة إلى الأبد. ومع ذلك ، فهو ممنوع مؤقتًا. الزواج صحيح إذا انقضى هذا الوقت. هناك عدة أسباب لذلك:
السبب الأول: الكفر والشرك
لا يجوز لأي مسلم (ذكرا كان أو أنثى) أن يتزوج كافرا أو مشركا (ذكرا أو أنثى). أما إذا تعمدت في الإسلام فالزواج منها صحيح. وفي هذا الصدد قال الله تعالى:
ولا تنك المشركات حتى يؤمن ولأحمة مؤمنة خير من مشركة ولو أعجبتكم ولا تنكحوا المشركين حتى يؤمنوا ولعبد مؤمن خير من مشرك أعجبكم أولئك الذين يدعون إلى النار والله يدعو إلى الجنة والمغفرة
"ولا تتزوج مشركة إلا إذا كانت مسلمة". حتى لو كنت تحب النساء المشركات ، فمن المؤكد أن عبيد المسلمين أفضل منها. ولا تتزوج الفتاة برجل مشرك إلا إذا كنت مسلماً. حتى لو كنت تحب المشركين ، فإن عبيد المسلمين أفضل منه. لأنهم يدعونك إلى النار ، والله يدعوك إلى فضله وغفرانه "[16].
{لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ 10 (10) سورة الممتدة
"لا يصح تصديق النساء على كفر الرجال وكفر الرجال لا يصح للمؤمنات" [17].
لا يجوز للزوجين المسلمين (التوحيديين) الزواج من شيعة أو قادياني أو قبوري أو مزاري أو غير مسلم ، إلخ. [18]
وقد نزل أن المشركين بأسماء المسلمين (الذين يتوسلون للضرورات في مقابر أو قبور أو قبور غير الله) لا يسمح لهم بالزواج منهم. [21]
حتى لو اعتنق الرجل الإسلام فلا يجوز للمسلمة الزواج منه. وينظر هل أسلم ويصلي ويصوم وغير ذلك من الأمور الدينية. وإلا فقد يكون (بالأحرى في أغلب الأحيان) أن تتظاهر فتاة مسلمة ، مفتونة بشكل وحب شابة ، بأنها مسلمة من أجل الحصول عليه فقط. [22]
إذا أراد المسلم أن يتزوج من غير المسلمة فإنه يتزوجها بعد رؤية العدة بجعلها مسلمة حقيقية. لا يصح النكاح إلا بحذر في الصلاة والصوم. [23]
السبب الثاني: - زوج الآخر
لم تعد زوجة الآخر المتزوجة صالحة لبقاء الرجل الآخر على زوجها. يحرم الزواج من تلك المرأة حتى تنقضي العدة بعد وفاتها أو طلاقها. هذه المرأة هي في الواقع جاما ، لكن من غير القانوني مؤقتًا أن تكون الأخرى في زواج الآخر. حتى لو تزوج شخص ما مثل هذه المرأة المتزوجة ، فلا يوجد رباط زواج. تنتمي إلى الزوج الأول ، والزوج الثاني زانية. كما لا يجوز للمرأة أن تتزوج أكثر من زوج. لأن في هذا حالة النسب والطفل بروليتاري. من ناحية أخرى ، يمكن للرجل أن يتزوج أكثر من زوجة واحدة (حتى 4) [24] لأنه لا يشعر بهذا الخوف.
إذا حرمت المجاهدة من حق زوجها بسبب الكفر وأصبحت أسيرة حرب للمسلمين ، فإنها تستحق ذلك بعد الفحص الشهري ، أو إذا حملت بعد انتظار الولادة والموت. رغم أن زوجها لا يزال على قيد الحياة. [29]
إذا مات زوج المرأة أو طلقها بقيت في حضانتها مدة تلك المدة. لذلك ، لا يجوز الزواج من امرأة أثناء العدة. [30]
إذا كانت المرأة حامل ، فإن فترة الحمل هي فترة انتظارها. الزواج أثناء الحمل غير قانوني. لا يصح العقد أثناء الحمل حتى لو تزوج الحبيب الذي حمل في حب سر غير مشروع. العقد ممكن بعد الولادة.
إذا كان زوج المرأة مفقودًا ، بعد انتظار أربع سنوات كاملة من يوم اختفائها ، فيمكنها الحصول على زوج ثان بعد فترة الانتظار لمدة أربعة أشهر وعشرة أيام أخرى. زواجها ممنوع قبل هذا الوقت المحدد. سيكون لها اختصاص عندما يعود زوجها السابق بعد الزواج ؛ يمكن للزوجة استعادتها أو تركها للزوج مع عودة الختم. [32] إذا أرادت الزوجة فلا داعي لزواج جديد. لأن الزوجة له والعقد الثاني يلغى بعد رجوعه. ومع ذلك ، قبل إعادتها ، ستلاحظ الزوجة (شهر واحد) فترة الانتظار. [33] إذا كانت حاملاً ، فسوف تنتظر حتى موعد الولادة. وفي ذلك الوقت يكون الحجاب واجبا من الزوج الثاني.
السبب الثالث: - تجمع اثنين من الأقارب
عادة ما يكون هناك المزيد من الاضطرابات في الزيجات المتعددة. الساتان لا يتحمل الساتان بسهولة. هناك انفصال في Satine-Satine. لذلك إذا كان الساتان شديد التقارب ينقطع رباط القرابة وهذا محرم. علاوة على ذلك ، كلما زادت كلمات الساتان القريب ، زاد الصراع. كما يقول المثل ، "اهتزت أنساتين ، أحرقت الأخت ساتان حتى الموت". ولهذا السبب يحرم الإسلام مثل هؤلاء الأقارب من التجمع كزوجات. فيحرم الزواج بأخته (أي أخت الزوجة). وبناءً عليه ، أصبح من غير القانوني الآن أن تتزوج الزوجة من خالتها أو ابنة أختها أو ابن أخيها. إذا توفيت الزوجة أو طلقها فلا مانع من زواجها من أحد أقربائها بعد العدة.
والد زوج الزوجة (أو زوج الأم) ليس مخطئا في الزواج من ابنة زوجة أخرى. [34]
السبب الرابع: الإحرام
الزواج ورسالة النكاح حرام في الإحرام في الحج أو العمرة. وفي هذه الحالة يبطل الزواج. [35]
السبب الخامس: أكثر من أربعة أعداد
ويحرم الزواج الخامس في حالة وجود أربع زوجات. [36] وإذا كانت واحدة من الأربع في فترة الانتظار فلا يمكن أن يتم زواج آخر حتى نهاية العدة.
السبب السادس: ثلاث طلقات.
لا يجوز التزوج بامرأة إذا طلقت ثلاث مرات أو طلقت ثلاث مرات في أوقات مختلفة من حياتها. إذا أرادت استعادته ، يمكنها الزواج مرة أخرى بعد فترة الانتظار إذا طلقت طوعا أو ماتت بعد أخذ الزوج الثاني ومتعته الجنسية. وإلا ليس قبل ذلك. [37]
لا يجوز اللجوء إلى طريقة "الحلال" لاستعادة الزوجة بعد حرجها وسوء فهمها بعد طلاقها ثلاث مرات. بمعنى أنه من الخداع والزنا أن يتزوج المرء من صديق أو ابن عم بطريقة مخططة لجعل الزوجة مشروعة ، وطلاقها بعد فترة انتظار واحدة. حتى يرتكب الزوج الثاني الزنا ليلة واحدة ، ويستعيد الزوج الأول تلك الزوجة حلالًا ويستمر في الزنا معها إلى الأبد. لأن الزوجة في الحقيقة ليست حلال له بهذه الطريقة.
الشخص الذي يتزوج بهذه الطريقة ليجعلها شرعية هو ، بلغة الحديث ، "ثور مستعار". [38]
وهذا الشخص والمحلل له (أي الزوج الأول) لعن الله ورسوله. [39]
التحويل أو الزواج التبادلي غير صالح بدون ختم منفصل. يحرم في الإسلام الزواج من أخته أو ابنته مقابل أخته أو ابنته وجعل العروس ختمًا على العروس. [40] (إذا كان فيه أي خداع ، فالاسم مختوم) [41].
مؤتة أو الزواج المؤقت لا يصح في الإسلام. حرم الإسلام مثل هذا الزواج لسوء حظ الزوجة وطفلها اللذان انفصلا لمدة أسبوع أو شهر أو سنة مقابل شيء ما. [42]
الزواج نوع من الخداع لطلاق مماثل. عند السفر إلى الخارج أو في وقت الزواج في البلد ، ضع في اعتبارك النية في أنني سأعود يومًا ما إلى المنزل أو أهرب بعد الطلاق ، لكن هذا الزواج غير صحيح. (القيام بذلك هو الزنا) لأنه ، في هذا أيضًا ، ينخفض عجز الزوجة وطفلها. [43] حتى تتضاءل قيمة وحقوق المرأة.
يحرم إكراه الفتاة على الزواج بغير رضاها. مثل هذه الزيجات ليست كاملة. [44]
زواج الأطفال قانوني. [45] ومع ذلك ، إذا لم يحب الزوج والزوجة بعضهما البعض بعد بلوغ سن الرشد ، فيمكنهما إنهاء الزواج. [46]
زواج الأقارب من جميع العشائر أو العشائر صحيح. ومع ذلك ، فمن الأفضل إقامة علاقات زوجية مع غير الأقارب من مختلف القبائل. [47]

الزاني ليس زانياً ، ولا شركاً ، والزنا ليس وثنية ، ولا الشرك عار.
"الزانية لا تتزوج إلا الزانية أو الزانية ، والزانية تتزوج فقط من الزاني أو الزاني. ويحرم على المؤمنين. [48]
فالمرأة الخائنة تصلح للمشرك. غير مسلم. لأن كلاهما حزبي. تشارك زوجها حب زوجها وتربط إلهًا كاذبًا آخر في عبادة إله واحد. (طبعًا لا يجوز للمرأة المسلمة أن تتزوج من مشرك ، حتى لو كان ذلك غير أمين).
ومن ناحية أخرى ، إذا تاب الزانية وأصبحت مسلمة حقيقية ، فيجوز لها الزواج منه إلا بعد الانتظار لمدة شهر. الزواج ليس نقيًا أثناء الحمل. يجب أن يتم الزواج فور الولادة. [49]

যাদের সাথে বিয়ে হারাম
যাদের সাথে বিয়ে হারাম
আমরা মুসলিম। কুরআন আমাদের জন্য পূর্ণাঙ্গ জীবন ব্যবস্থা । যাতে লিপিবদ্ধ রয়েছে মানুষের সব করনীয় তথা হালাল-হারাম, উচিত-অনুচিতসহ সব বিধি-বিধান। অবৈধ নারীকে অথবা অবৈধ নিয়মে বিবাহ করে সংসার করলে ব্যভিচার করা হয়। এমন কতকগুলি কারণ রয়েছে যার কারণে নারী-পুরুষের আপোসে কোন সময়ে বিবাহ বৈধ নয়। নিচে কারণগুলো আলোচনা করা হলঃ
প্রথম কারণ, রক্তের সম্পর্কঃ
নারী-পুরুষের মাঝে রক্তের সম্পর্ক থাকলে যেহেতু এক অপরের অংশ গণ্য হয় তাই তাদের আপোসে বিবাহ হারাম। এরা হল;
১- পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার মা, দাদী, নানী এবং নারীর পক্ষে; তার বাপ, দাদো ও নানা।
২- পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার কন্যা (বেটী) এবং নাতিন ও পুতিন, আর নারীর পক্ষে; তার পুত্র (ছেলে) এবং নাতি ও পোতা।
৩- পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার (সহোদরা, বৈপিত্রেয়ী ও বৈমাত্রেয়ী) বোন, বুনঝি, ভাইঝি ও তাদের মেয়ে, ভাইপো ও বুনপোর মেয়ে। আর নারীর পক্ষে; তার (সহোদর, বৈপিত্রেয় বা বৈমাত্রেয়) ভাই, ভাইপো, বুনপো ও তাদের ছেলে এবং ভাইঝি ও বুনঝির ছেলে।
৪- পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার ফুফু (বাপের সহোদরা, বৈপিত্রেয়ী বা বৈমাত্রেয়ী বোন) এবং নারীর পক্ষে; তার চাচা (বাপের সহোদর, বৈপিত্রেয় বা বৈমাত্রেয় ভাই)।
৫- পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার খালা (মায়ের সহোদরা, বৈপিত্রেয়ী বা বৈমাত্রেয়ী বোন) এবং নারীর পক্ষে; তার মামা (মায়ের সহোদর, বৈপিত্রেয় বা বৈমাত্রেয় ভাই)।
প্রকাশ যে, সৎ মায়ের বোন (সৎ খালা) পুরুষের জন্য এবং সৎ মায়ের ভাই (সৎ মামা) নারীর জন্য হারাম বা মাহরাম নয়। এদের আপোসে বিবাহ বৈধ।
৬- পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার বাপ-মায়ের খালা বা ফুফু এবং নারীর পক্ষে তার বাপ-মায়ের চাচা বা মামা অবৈধ।[2]
প্রকাশ যে, পুরুষের জন্য তার খালাতো, ফুফাতো, মামাতো, চাচাতো বোন ও (তাদের মেয়ে) বুনঝি বৈধ ও গম্য। অনুরূপ নারীর জন্য তার খালাতো, ফুফাতো, মামাতো, চাচাতো ভাই ও ভাইপো বৈধ ও গম্য।
আবার পুরুষের পক্ষে; তার (মামার মৃত্যু বা তালাকের পর) মামী, (চাচার মৃত্যু বা তালাকের পর) চাচী এবং নারীর পক্ষে তার (খালার মৃত্যু বা তালাকের পর) খালু (ফুফুর মৃত্যু বা তালাকের পর) ফোফা গম্য। পূর্বোক্ত গম্য-গম্যার মাঝে বিবাহ বৈধ ও পর্দা ওয়াজেব।
রক্তের সম্পর্ক যদি কৃত্রিম হয়, তবে বিবাহ হারাম নয়। সুতরাং (রোগিনীকে রক্ত দিয়ে বাঁচিয়ে তাকে বিবাহ করা রক্তদাতা পুরুষের জন্য অবৈধ নয়। অনুরূপ স্বামী স্ত্রীকে বা স্ত্রী স্বামীকে রক্ত দান করলে বিবাহের কোন ক্ষতি হয় না।[3]
দ্বিতীয় কারণঃ বৈবাহিক সম্পর্ক :
১- পুরুষের জন্য (স্ত্রী ও শবশুরের মৃত্যু বা তালাকের পরেও) শাশুড়ী, নানশাশ ও দাদশাশ। (স্ত্রীর সাথে মিলন না হলেও) চিরতরে হারাম। অনুরূপ নারীর পক্ষে তার শবশুর, দাদোশবশুর ও নানাশবশুর অগম্য।
২- রমিতা (যার সাথে সঙ্গম হয়েছে এমন) স্ত্রীর (অপর স্বামীর) কন্যা ও তার বংশজাত কন্যা ও পুতিন বা নাতিন। (স্ত্রীর সাথে মিলন হলে তবে। নচেৎ মিলনের পূর্বে মারা গেলে বা তালাক দিলে তার মেয়ে অবৈধ বা অগম্যা নয়।) তদনুরূপ নারীর জন্য তার স্বামীর (অপর স্ত্রীর) ছেলে ও তার বংশজাত ছেলেও অবৈধ।
৩- পুরুষের জন্য তার সৎমা (বাপ তার সাথে মিলন করুক অথবা না করুক। বাপ মারা গেলে বা তালাক দিলেও) হারাম। অনুরূপ সৎ দাদী এবং নানীও।
নারীর জন্য তার সৎবাপ (মায়ের সাথে তার মিলন হলে) অগম্য। অনুরূপ সৎ দাদো এবং নানাও হারাম।

তৃতীয় কারণঃ দুধের সম্পর্ক :
যদি কোন শিশু (ছেলে অথবা মেয়ে) কোন ভিন্ন মহিলার দুধ পান করে থাকে, তবে সে তার দুধমা। অবশ্য ‘দুধমা’ সাব্যস্তের জন্য কয়েকটি শর্ত রয়েছে;
১। ঐ দুধপান শিশুর ২বছর বয়সের ভিতরে হতে হবে। দু’বছর পার হয়ে দুধপান করলে ‘মা’ সাব্যস্ত হবে না।[8]
২। তৃপ্তিসহকারে পাঁচ অথবা ততোধিক বার দুধপান করবে।[9] স্তনবৃন্ত চুষে অথবা মাইপোষ, চামচ কিংবা নলের সাহায্যে দুধ পেটে গেলে তবেই ‘মা’ সাব্যস্ত হবে।[10]
‘দুধমা’ সাব্যস্ত হলে তার সাথে এবং রক্ত-সম্পর্কীয় অন্যান্য আত্মীয়র ন্যায় ঐ মায়ের বংশের সকলের সাথে বিবাহ অবৈধ হবে।[11]
সুতরাং রীতিমত দুধপানকারী পুরুষ তার দুধ-মা, দুধ-বোন, দুধ-খালা, দুধ-ভাইঝি, দুধ-বোনঝি প্রভৃতিকে চিরদিনের জন্য বিবাহ করতে পারবে না। তদনুরূপ দুধপানকারী মহিলার তার দুধ-বাপ, দুধ-ভাই, দুধ-চাচা, দুধ-মামা, দুধ-ভাইপো, দুধ-বুনপো প্রভৃতির সাথে বিবাহ বৈধ নয়।

কোন পুরুষ যদি (শিশুবেলায়) তার দাদীর দুধ রীতিমত পান করে থাকে, তবে তার পক্ষে রক্ত-সম্পর্কীয় মহিলা ছাড়াও চাচাতো, ফুফাতো এবং নানীর দুধ পান করে থাকলে মামাতো খালাতো বোনও হারাম। কারণ, এই বোনেরা তখন দুধ-ভাইঝি ও দুধ-বোনঝিতে পরিগণিত হয়ে যায়।[13]

এই ধরনের লা’নত ও অভিশাপের বিচ্ছেদকে ‘লিআন’ বলে। এই বিচ্ছেদ হওয়ার পর ঐ স্ত্রী ঐ স্বামীর জন্য চিরতরে হারাম হয়ে যায়। কোন প্রকারে আর পুনর্বিবাহ বৈধ নয়।[15] প্রকাশ যে, রক্ত, দুধ ও বৈবাহিক সম্পর্কের ফলে যাদের আপোসে চিরতরে বিবাহ অবৈধ কেবল তাদের সামনেই মহিলার পর্দা নেই। বাকী বন্ধুত্ব, পাতানো, বা পীর ধরার (?) ফলে কেউ হারাম হয় না। সুতরাং বন্ধুর বোন, পাতানো বোন এবং পীর-বোনের (?) সাথেও বিবাহ হালাল এবং পর্দা ওয়াজেব।
