There it goes the last mango... This was the last mango from my aunt's tree. I made a fruits salad with mango, pineapple, papaya and melon. A perfect way to end my favorite season of the year. Too bad I couldn't get green mangoes to show you the jelly recipe. You're gonna have to wait until next year. COVID cases are raising in my country. A new variant that acts like a normal flu, but it spreads faster. Authorities are announcing centers to get the 4th dose. My sister and I already had it these last three days. Today I felt much better, at least I can taste food again. Luckily we have been taking the meds right from the first symptom. We got infected because one of my sister's orchestra partners went to a meeting knowing she had symptoms. I wonder when people will learn that collective responsibility is the only way out of this... #english #myday #food
