Mixed vegetables soup

Hello friends, I know most of you love vegetable soup, and here I'll show how to make a very delicious one.

Ingredients :

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/4 cup chopped French beans

1/2 cup peas (matar)

1 1/2 cup tomato puree

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon ginger paste

2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

3-4 teaspoon butter

3 glasses of water

And then add salt and pepper to taste

Now time to prepare it.

Preparation:

Melt butter, fry ginger and garlic paste, add tomato puree, chopped carrots, French beans, peas and water.

Pressure cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add coriander

Boil for 2-3 minutes

Garnish with cheese.

And you are good to go.

If you want the vegetable soup thick, then add 2 teaspoon of corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup milk.
