Do you know what is the main nightmare for a working mother in Russia?
This means waking up one day and finding that your child is coughing and has a fever.
Why is this a Nightmare? It's simple, no kindergarten in Russia will accept a child even with a temperature of 37 degrees.
And it's not about Covid 19, it's always been like this.
Even with a normal runny nose, the child will simply be sent home for treatment at the entrance, and this is for a whole week.
Now imagine what kind of employer will tolerate endless sick days? A female mother is forced to apologize to the boss, but she will still leave, even at the risk of losing her job.
More and more employers are not hiring women with young children. This is unfair, not legal, outrageous.
