Sometimes all we have to do is to allow ourselves to just be "HUMAN"
I just want to tell you that I understand where you are. You've reach your limit, you've been under so much that you don't even know what to do anymore.
And because you are such a beautiful and wonderful human being, you didn't want to bother anyone with how you've been feeling.
You just stayed the same warm, charming and beautiful person that you've always been, only showing love towards others.
And when you're alone, is where you get to show your real inner self.
Where you so feel so tired of fighting that something troubling you for so long.
Where your have thoughts of if it's still with going on.
Where you don't want to get out of bed.
Where you lost the meaning of being here.
Where you just feel so tired of life.
I understand. I simply understand it's hard. And I know today has been harder than other days.
We have been taught that we always have to keep feeling good at all time. But we all know that's not just possible.
We are not machines, but yet we treat ourselves as if we are. Not letting ourselves rest, always working, always trying to improve ourselves, always being better. But we are not machines, we are humans!!!
Sometimes in life, we reach our own limitations, and we feel disappointed with ourselves when we get to them because we are not working as hard as we used to.
And that's what society and social media have taught us. But they are missing something very important. And that's is:
Let yourself be human. Let yourself fall. Let yourself cry. Let yourself rest.
It's time for you to clear your mind.
It's time for you to just be, and only be.
It's time to face to fears.
Maybe that what you need.
Maybe that's the thing you've been praying for all these while, and it's just a matter of time that you give yourself that opportunity.
Just for today, let yourself be human. Let yourself feel.
If you have the necessity to cry, cry then. Cry all you need. Cry all haven't cried during the past days, months or years.
In conclusion;
We as humans need to disconnect ourselves from everything from time to time.
So just for today, don't bother connecting with anything. Not even with yourself. Not even with your thoughts. Disconnect yourself.
You be doing this just for a day, will not affect your life at all. So allow yourself to feel and disconnect from everything.
I can assure you that everything you've been worrying about, if it's coming to you or not. They will surely come to you. There is no doubt in that.
But just for today, let yourself just "EXIST" and you will discover a part of yourself you didn't know was there. And it will be beautiful and admiring, I can tell you that.
We will all get through this together, I will be doing the same today as well. Everything will be fine. Just for a moment, let ourselves be what we want to be.
I hope you learnt something new today or just helped you to see a different perspective of life.

You're right. Sometimes we're down and we can't deny the fact that we are down. As you said, we should cry and let it out because if we don't do so, we may end up brooding over the matter over and over again
