Hello everyone today i am sharing with you a new interesting recipe.this is one of the traditional bengali food and i think there is rare people who dont love shrimp.i like every recipe of shrimp.i can eat it whole day i think.🤔 ..its tooo delicious😋.so lets make it.
Ingredients:
500 gm shrimp
1/2 cup coconut paste
1 big size onion paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp cumin powder
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
1 tomato paste
Green chilli 4-5
2 Bay leaves
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt as per your taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
Procedure:At first mix the shrimp with 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder and keep it for 5-10 minute.take a pan and put some oil and fry the shrimp untill it turns into a nice red pinkish colour.then Pick off the shrimp from oil and keep aside it in a bowl.add the onion,ginger ,garlic paste,bay leave and stir fry it.then add all the spice ingredients ,coconut paste,tomato paste ,salt and masturd paste on it..well mix all of the ingredients when all spice combine together add the shrimp and give some water into it .cover the lid and cook for 10 minute.meanwhile check and add the green chilli.when oil comes out garnish the curry with coriander leaves and taaaan tannnaaaaaa the yummy delicious curry is ready.
serve it with hot rice and enjoy it. the juiciness of coconut and sweetness of shrimp will melt your heart..
