Say No To Harrasment
Nowadays I'm seeing a lot of harassment in institutions, clgs, schools, universities and workplaces. Not everyone proclaiming of harassment is trying to get awareness or striving to someone's character or to gain something out of a terrible circumstance. Secondly, we need to understand what harassment is. Why we have only hampered to sexual offences. Harassment is basically a form of sexual racism. It includes any form of verbal or physical behaviour that embarrasses you or humiliates you. So harassment can be any unwanted offending gaze, any sexual phrase something passing on anyone. Any act of touching someone and threatening someone on call and a lot more. So just don't contemplate that harassment is always something sexual. It can be sexual but not always and secondly if it is not sexual harassment even then it should be treated or handled with the same disgust. Now, what part we have to play in the whole thing? We need to tell our school-going girls and boys (I repeat boys because they also face it) that under no circumstances they need to hide what's going in their lives. Tell them that you will be supported even when no one trusts them. Give them the belief to talk. Educate them about fine limits between student and teacher relationships. Educate them good and bad touch. In the end, be liable for citizen and family member. Do whatever it demands to protect your children from molesting and harassment.

No doubt.. Its having a big crisis..and you know . What I'm feeling.. that we have to give awarness to every body..not specially a gender base awarness. If we are taughting our girls to wear proper dress or bla bla bla blaaa. Then we should have to train our boys that you must and obligatory need to respect everyone.

Why always government ? Can't we manage things at our own level . We can spread awareness . Govt has many more tasks to handle with.
