Tips to Focus on Yourself
Here are still so many people in this world whose focus is not on themselves but on other people.
Suppose that other people's assumptions become validation, thus forming their self-image. Or when making decisions based on input from other people, when input from others should only be taken into consideration and the final decision remains based on our wishes.
Even when we focus on other people, we tend to hang on to our feelings of happiness, or pass the blame on others. Even though everything comes from yourself.

Know Your Limits
You also need to make firm boundaries about when to be harassed or not, when to help or not.
In this stage, you must have the courage to refuse without feeling guilty and live according to your good and right standards.
