Things to Avoid When Emotional

Hello guys, how are you there? Healthy right? I'm healthy too here but I'm not feeling too well.

To overcome this, I did exercise early in the morning, after that I also took a walk around the house. It's good to be able to divert my bad feelings.

Because I think everyone must have something called emotion, it's just that the way they react is different. I don't like to vent to certain things that make me addicted.

So, do you think you want to know what these things are? let's see the continuation

  1. Sleep

When sleeping or relaxing, a person's subconscious is usually open, and this condition will have a big impact on your mental development.

Did you know that 88% of our daily life is influenced by the performance of the subconscious? While 12% of it is our conscious state.

So if this is a large percentage, of course who and how you are determined by this subconscious program.

By the way, do you know what the subconscious means?

The subconscious is a collection of thoughts, feelings, memories and impulses that are outside of our awareness. Usually the track record happens automatically so that we have full control over ourselves.

And if understood further, this subconscious mind is urgency, therefore we must control our lives as much as possible. Including when angry when going to sleep. It's good we do relaxation first so that the mind is calmer.

  1. Drive When You are Angry

It seems that when we talk about this point, everyone knows that an uncontrolled emotional state is very dangerous when driving.

Just imagine that you can be speeding because you subconsciously shift your emotions to the steering wheel of the vehicle.

You also tend to be unfocused, because your attention is focused on that feeling of annoyance earlier.

So, to avoid accidents, it's better to calm your emotions first, then drive, OK!

  1. Eat

This is also one of the things I avoid. Emotions usually make me eat more, eat unhealthy food, even I eat anything without thinking.

Obviously this is not a healthy lifestyle. I don't want my eating patterns and goals to change. Not healthier but even sicker. Of course you don't want to be in this condition, do you?

  1. Arguing

In the past I enjoyed collecting friends. funny, emotional, quiet, intelligent, and many more.

This condition is advantageous for me because I can interact with them at the right time.

When I need entertainment, I will communicate with funny friends. when I need to brainstorm, I will communicate with a smart friend.

But still, when I'm angry, I prefer to be silent. because I don't want the words that come out of my mouth to get out of hand and hurt other people.

So, even if we want to argue, it's better when we are in normal conditions. So you can have a healthy debate.

  1. Consuming Alcoholic Beverages or Illegal Drugs

Of course we all know that this is addictive, and will damage our brain's memory. So instead of continuing later, it's better to avoid it, right?

  1. Active on Social Media

Now the last thing is to be active on social media.

Social media or holding a gadget for a long time is also not good when you are emotional, guys, because we tend to scroll or listen to news that is not important. which is not in accordance with the purpose of our life.

Besides that, the attachment to cellphones will also provoke us to vent freely, so that everyone, even the world will know our problems.

Of course there is nothing wrong with doing this, because we have personal rights. But if we can apply good things, why do we have to vent our emotions on social media, spread ugliness and then disturb many people.

So those are the things that I avoid when I get emotional, so to neutralize them, I prefer to do a lot of activities.

Don't you know why? Because a body that is actively moving will make your mind quiet, so your feelings will also be neutralized and become better.
