Ice Cream or Gelato?

Imagine that a cold and sweet dessert that usually always soothes the stomach, now come with savory flavors like snacks, or spicy like a chili. Of course not everything is like this, gelato also comes with a stunning choice of sweet flavors. Have you ever tried it?

Don't worry, this flavor composition won't give you diarrhea, it could even be addictive. Because basically the basic ingredients for making gelato and ice cream are almost the same.

The absence of egg yolks at gelato, accompanied by the lack of cream, makes gelato contain less saturated fat. More or less only about 5-7% while in ice cream it is around 10%

Of course, there are other ingredients in each type, both ice cream and gelato, both need the addition of other ingredients. Like chocolate, fruits, cheese, and so on. So that the final result can still provide a memorable culinary experience.
