Hey hey hi, is any of your friends here concerned about their weight or body shape?

Hmmm.. I think this is a problem for a million people, especially women!

Actually, it's not difficult to achieve that ideal body, it just has to be done with the right pattern. Because it's a pity that our bodies are treated cruelly, right? U've been working all day, feel hungry, nd must still hold hunger.

Well, here it is. Excessive dieting will not solve your problem. Instead, new problems will arise. Such as difficulty concentrating, decreased body immunity, or falling sick. Besides, your appearance will be bad. Instead of looking attractive, it turns pale and withered.

Maybe some of you will say, "Oh yea, yea, I understand! You have to have a balanced diet. I know that too. But how to do it?"

Well, here's a simple review.

  1. Fasting

    Oops! This is not a religious fast, this fast is to connect with the creator, not to fulfill physical ambitions.

    Fasting that i mean is fasting for a diet. Well, you need to fast for 12 hours for maximum calorie burning.

    Fasting doesn't have to be blind at dawn and open maghrib. But flexible.

    So if you start fasting at eight at night, around eight in the morning you can eat. And vice versa, the same count. If you start in the morning, you can eat at night.

  2. When fasting, it is better to do sports.

    Well, the sport that i mean is, of course, weight training. This is for burning fat which is converted to muscle mass.

    The load is adjusted. Don't be too heavy, it's light. You can even use your body weight.

    Anyway, while fasting you can still drink, so you won't be dehydrated and still have the stamina to move.

    After that, continue with cardio. So that you can maximize your diet program.

  3. The closing is free eating.

    Wow! Thats cool. Free diet time?

    Yippi.. Of course! But there are still rules, guys. When you break your fast for the first time, you should eat foods that contain fat and protein.

    Fat can come from white meat such as chicken or fish, and protein from eggs, tempeh and tofu.

Done. It's as simple as that program. After that you can eat freely until it's time for sahur according to the hour you choose.

Now, at dawn, the meal is the same, yes, meet the needs of protein and fat so that your energy remains powerful for activities.
