Proximity to trees, useful for children's brain development

Let the children go near the trees because there is an increase in the mental development of those who spend time there. Just as the branches of trees grow, so do the branches of neuron cells in the brains of children.

The study, conducted in London, looked at 3,568 children aged 9 to 15. The children who spent time in the trees improved their learning skills and were in good mental health. But interestingly, natural places like green fields, rivers and lakes did not have such a positive effect on the brain.

In this way, we can say that the time spent on trees is very useful for the brains of children reaching puberty. But this is not the first study between trees and the human brain.

There have been several such surveys in the United States and Denmark before. They have shown that the presence of trees keeps the brain functionally and psychologically healthy and keeps the brain fresh even with age. But so far it is a mystery what is the reason? Some people believe that a tree-lined natural environment helps shape the human brain and is especially useful for teenagers. Research has shown that the complex shapes of trees also affect the brain.

Some research suggests that greens and trees affect brain functions, including white and brown matter in the brain and the growth of amygdala. But recent British research shows the importance of trees, not just weeds.

A study published in 2019 found that children raised on vegetables could perform better brain tests than their counterparts. This research shows that having trees and greenery in your neighborhood also has beneficial effects.

It would be better to add in your article the sources about those studies you have mentioned for it gives more credibility.
