Extreme high or low blood pressure is one of the most dangerous illness which is coursing havoc in our system.

Hi guys, this is actually my first article here on read.cash. I am here to talk about some good smoothies which are really important for our health in specifics, smoothies which will prevent high blood pressure.

Here is my list of the recipes (smoothies) I talked about.

MANGO-GINGER SMOOTHIE.

The biological activities of mango and ginger combined includes antioxidant activity, antibacterial activity, antifungal activity, anti-inflammatory activity, hypotriglyceridemic activity, Mango ginger is a unique spice having morphological resemblance with ginger but imparts a raw mango flavour.

Here is the list of ingredients and directions needed:

Ingredients

½ cup cooked red lentils (see Tips),

cooled1 cup frozen mango

chunks¾ cup carrot juice

1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger

1 teaspoon honey

Pinch of ground cardamom,

plus more for garnish3 ice cubes

Directions

You should place , mango, juice, ginger, honey, cardamom and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until very smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with more cardamom, if desired.
