Supplement means supplement or something extra. It needs to be used as per the needs of the body. But long-term use of these essential ingredients also causes side effects. So one should be careful about the indiscriminate use of supplements. It is through food that young men and women can gain the necessary nutrients and nutrients. There are many disadvantages of extra protein supplements. For example, soy protein causes thyroid problems. Other protein supplements can cause kidney disease and osteoporesis. So eating a supplement without eating protein rich food means loss of health and money.

Protein components, meaning many types of amino acids, such as creatinine, glutamine (Glutamin) supplements are very popular. The demand and market for creatine as energy supplement is the largest. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Creatine can provide energy quickly. This is because adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is formed from its own molecule with a phosphate-based adenosine dye phosphate (ADP). In the reaction ATP breaks down ADP and emits a lot of energy. It is true that athletes get benefits, but there is a possibility of great danger if they do not know how much to take in the body and how many days to eat.

The potential for greater risk, however, was not seen in the case of glutamine. Many experts believe that glutamine is the main ingredient in building muscle and providing energy to the body. Although not harmful, glutamine may interact with other drugs and cause side effects.

Mineral salts and flax seed oil (alpha-linolenic acid) are also considered by many as food supplements. Alpha linoleic acid, a component of flax seed oil, keeps the heart healthy and helps prevent cancer. These two ingredients are not considered as supplements by many. Some mineral salts, such as iron and zinc, are widely used in Europe and America.

Scientific research has shown that only twenty percent of the supplements sold in the market are reliable but the prices are beyond the reach of the common man. Twenty percent is fine, but it should be eaten according to the rules. The remaining sixty percent of the market is eligible for adulteration and complete cancellation.

Can harmful supplements be removed from the market? This work is very difficult but possible with long efforts. For example, ephedrine was once a very popular supplement on the market, but later tests revealed that ephedrine was very harmful to the heart. It is currently banned after many legal battles with the court.

Finally the results of a study need to be summarized. Data published this year in the British Journal of Cancer: Playing a supplement for just a few years increases the chances of men getting testicular cancer many times over.
