Bitcoin (BTC) is known as the first open- source, peer-to-peer, digital cryptocurrency that was developed and released by a group of unknown. Why the price of bitcoin dropped to $3600 overnight? According to cointelegraph.com, The funding rate on Bybit, Binance Futures and BitMEX remained at around -0.05%. A negative funding rate when the price of BTC is going down means that the overwhelming majority of the market is holding short contracts, expecting BTC to drop further.

BITCOIN has again begun moving lower, following broader financial markets down as investors count the cost of the spreading coronavirus.
