Be a friendly worker

Sometimes my time were consumed in noise.app chatting and replying with all the comments there just like a while back and exchanging opinions is sometimes helpful for both of you.
So while we are exchanging comments about the completion of the requirements of her cousin particularly with TIN number, I remember what my experience before when the Mayor of our city came here.
It was last 2months I think when my partner received a coupon pertaining to the E-Balde that the city government will distribute to selected residents, and since my partner is not available so I was the one who claimed it.
But ofcourse its not that easy peasy when claiming coz we need to wait for some government officials to come and speak with us about some programs and etceteras..
But what caught my attention there is when the Mayor deliver his message. His message was very simple but helpful for his constitutients.
He said that:
I talked with all the staff that is working on our different offices that please be friendly, avoid nagging, smile always, treat everyone fairly and assist the people well because they will not be in your offices if they dont need your help or assistance, so please assist them well.
Then to all the people who are requesting for something from our different offices, after you got your request or documents can you please leave us the most important word which is THANK YOU and your SMILES, hearing those words and seeing your sweetest smiles is a big relief for all of us who cater your needs.
If you encounter someone who is not friendly, mataray, no manners you can report it on my office and I will give them the appropriate reprimand.
We know how difficult it is if we ask some documents or papers in our local LGUs, the people working there are sometimes have those attitude as if they were the owner of the place they were working or kasosyo sila diba, so having those words from the leader of the LGU is such a relief for us his constituents
I dont know if this has been practice now, since after I hear those words from the leader I dont have any transaction from thier different offices but I do hope that they really practice it, because it is true that we will not be in your different offices if we are in badly need your help, so your assistance is a big help.
I wish all offices in our government have a friendly staff and workers so we will not be experiencing the difficult times of processing or asking the important papers, and IDs and also I hope they can process every papers, Ids documents faster than they could do to avoid of keep coming back from every day and follow up the things that we are requesting.
I just hope that we can adopt how the other countries are doing when it comes to processing papers, documents and different Identifications of each citizen.
Being friendly sometimes obstacles by the nature of person wether he/she is introvert or extrovert
