Hebrews 6:7
[7]For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
The sent man has all the abilities and resources he needs to bear for fruit for Him that has sent him.
His responsibility is to receive and work in that which he has been given and to bear forth fruit as he ought.
