What If Is All In Your Head.

The worries, the anxieties, the I can't do it, the I am not up to, the feeling of am not competent enough, the taught of what if I invest and fail. What if all this thoughts are in your head.

Most of what we think about ourselves are things that don't build us up. We almost all the time think of negative aspects of things in our lives before the positive thoughts rush in.
These thoughts in your head is you telling yourself you can't do it. What if is all in your head?

THE WORRIES AND ANXITIES.

What if all the worries and anxious thoughts you have are all in your head, because in reality they are. You worry and have anxious thoughts about Tomorrow when you haven't even seen Tomorrow yet. You worry about feeding yourself and your family, when you don't know what the future holds ( not that you are not allow to worry about those things, but what if the worries are just things your brain cooks up).

For me I will say, " worry and be anxious about the future when you are certain of the future".

So, don't worry about the job interview when you haven't even send out your CV yet. Why worry about getting in that university when you haven't even applied into it yet.

THE I CAN'T DO IT.

Most of the things we say we can't do are just things we think of in our head. Is flying or running fast like the flash, we know this are things we can't do because we are not comic superheroes and no human can do those stuffs too. Why worry yourself about things that others have done and are doing and you keep on telling yourself in your head that you can't do it.

When you do that, Is like you building a quicksand and sinking yourself in it, you building worries in your head is just as making a quicksand and drowning yourself into it.

That investment that you think you can't do, don't cook up worries in your head that you can't do them but be prepare and remove all the negativity in them and see the reality the way it is because you cooking up all this is just your head building its own fantasy and telling your really that everything needs to be worried about and you take that time you waste in thinking you can't do and find what you can do because everything worry is in your head.
