How aer we all doing today? Hoping we are keeping safe and staying safe in all. This week is just is going very smooth for me and am just excited and happy for almost everything I do. I was able to get something off my chest, something I have being holding for a very long time, I finally said it and made it really clear and straight just the way I wanted it and finally feel like a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders. OK enough with the chitchat let's dive into the topic of the day

Industrious people are persons who are not lazy neither are they workaholic but they find balance and enjoyment both in hard work and during their period of rest.

Industriousness.

So Yesterday we talked about Trustworthiness and today we will be finishing with Industriousness or as some will say hard work. Industrious people don't shy away from work and are never lazy when it comes to work, rather they have a balance view of work and enjoy working hard to see they provide their families needs and their personal needs and to help others too. Even though the work is not in all glorious, and they are very responsible.

OK weather you like it or not, life is full of responsibilities just look into it, even you just want to stay in your house and do no hard work, you still have to take care of so much responsibilities, like paying bills, the rent. And in today's world not everyone one like hard work, but when one is Industrious you are put at an advantage. And there is always this sense of pride and inner satisfaction when you work hard, and this feeling of inner satisfaction will actually cause you to like and love the work even if it's not glorious. And having a strong work ethic will not only help you have inner peace and satisfaction but also a very good reputation too.

But my work doesn't pay well? My job is not all glorious? How can I still have a positive view of work and also have that inner satisfaction. This following key steps will help us have a positive view towards work.

• Take Pride In Learning To do Things well.

Weather you are student finishing your assignments, or a child finishing his chores at home, or you are working secularly under someone, try as much you can to immerse yourself in what you are doing. And the big secret Is this once you can perform your task well you tend to enjoy the work or chores. Take for example when you can cook well, it doesn't matter how many times you enter the kitchen or to how many people you are cooking for, but because you enjoy cooking and love doing it so it will be easy for you because you found that inner satisfaction.

• See The Bigger Picture.

When you handle your responsibilities well, weather is a chores at home or at your work place you will lighten the load on your family members and your workmates respectively.

• Go The Extra Mile.

Not because you want to show off or want to show that you are workaholic or whatever but knowing that you are in control of your life in your life and doing more not because you are force to but because you choose to.

A Poem for My Conclusion.

" Work so hard today like you won't come to work tomorrow, accomplish your chores so well like you won't do any of it tomorrow, so be industrious"
