Date; Monday 7th March 2022

How is everyone doing today on read.cash? How were your weekends? It's a new new week and I hope this will will be productive and blessed like every other week we've being through. Am not going to bore you guys with How my Sunday, yesterday went, but we are grateful to God that it went fine and great and above all we are alive to see the beautiful Monday today.

Trustworthy people earn the confidence of people and are known to abide to rules and those that are industrious don't in anyway ever shy away from work.

Trustworthiness.

Trust is not earn by a single act but is something that is earn gradually and over time. Trustworthy people earn the trust of their friends, workmates, schoolmates, parents and even employers because they are know to abide to rules and regulations and they are known to keep their promises. And they do all they can to tell the truth, and not that they try telling telling truth but they are known to be telling the truth all the time.

At your work place in schools and at home,the amount of freedom you will enjoy depends solemnly on the level of trust you've earned from your employers, teachers or lecturers and parents respectively. And the best way to earn that trust from people is to demonstrate in all aspect of your life that you are mature and very much responsible not only when they are around you or very far away from you.

So weather you are trying as much as you can to earn more trust or trying to regainlost trust this steps can help a long way.

• Telling the Truth/Be Honest.

Nothing shatters people's trust in you quicker than lies and you not being honest, but when you are open and honest about your mistakes and where you went wrong you can be very sure that can earn the absolute trust of others. And I can tell you guys from experience that is very easy to be honest when things are going smoothly and well; But being honest about things that can cast you you in very bad light light goes a long way in building trust.

• Be Responsible/Be Dependable.

Being responsible and someone people can be dependent on is one who doesn't wait to be told on what to do but knows what, when how and why he is supposed to do what he does and the more you show that initiative the more you will be rewarded with their trust.

• Be Patient.

I know right, what is patience doing here, but there is now way you can earn people's trust by just a single act but is something that is built over a consistent period of responsiveness and a gradual time is required to show your growth emotionally and mentally.

A Poem for my Conclusion.

" I trust easily, knowing that I can be betrayed anytime and let go of people that I trust easily knowing and keeping in mind that more are coming who can and will be trustworthy"
