Materials:

Polaway / Basmati rice 2 cups,

3 cups of sugar,

Ghee 5 tablespoons,

Half a cup of orange juice,

2 tablespoons of pistachio nuts,

Food color quarter tea-spoon,

Raisins 10-12 o'clock,

4 pieces of cinnamon,

4 pieces of cardamom

1 table-spoon of rose water,

Half a cup of jam,

Malay quarter cup,

1 cup of small sweets.

Method:

Saffron should be soaked in rose water. After 20-25 minutes, wash the rice with boiling water and cook the rice. Once the rice is cooked, add starch. Mix sugar in half a cup of water and cut the dirt with lemon juice or milk.

Then ghee and cardamom, cinnamon should be given. Now cook the rice on boiled flame. Give raisins. When the water is dry, give rose water mixed with saffron. Remove from the oven and serve with the rest of the ingredients.
