Materials:
Plum 1 kg
Half a kilo of mustard oil
1 tablespoon of panchforan powder
Turmeric powder quarter teaspoon
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of mustard paste
1 teaspoon of dried chilli powder
2 whole dried chillies
2 bay leaves.
Method:
Cut the plum into pieces and mix it with turmeric, chilli, salt and mustard paste and let it dry in the sun. Dry in the sun for three days and then apply oil.
Now add dried chillies and bay leaves in the oil. Leave the pickle in the jar and leave it in the sun for a few more days. Then save this pickle.
Its one of my favourite dish.
