YOGA(One step towards liberation)

yoga is a way or medium in which our body is connected with our soul.It's like a medicine or vaccine which act as a purification of our mind or body.Our Ancestors knew the importance of yoga because of that they lived longer and did whatever they want.In perfect way we can say that it's a methodically following a series of exercise to achieve liberation.
vedas(The oldest books on earth) tell us about the different types of yoga.
moreover all the things in vedas are scientifically proved so you can't denied them.

In HInduism,yoga is far beyond just flexing your body in a fancy studio. It's all about science and it's of 4 types.

Jnana yoga: This deals with scientific aspects where we can achieve liberation through knowledge.
Karma yoga: In broad we can say that you will get what yours work deserves.This type of yoga deals with achieving a liberation through your way of living or your passion towards your works.
Raja Yoga :  Practically speaking,this is the main meaning of yoga,means achieving liberation through a series of systematic exercise. its also divided in 8 components.

1. Yama: The main motive of yama is satya and ahimsa.you should do always good things without any greed,himsa,etc...


2.Niyama: All things in this universe is directly connected to "Niyama" means you should always clean your surrounding and obey your parents and help poor animal or people. moreover we can say that this is the best way to achieve liberation.


3.Asana: Yes,now we are on the physical aspect of yoga.if you want to leave longer ,fit healthy,you should do yogasana( yoga+asana) .it's the best way to decrease your health risks.


4.Pranayama:NO one can match the importance of pranayama means if you want yourself to free from any i'm saying any type of shit, you should do pranayama.you can control your breathe.this is the best way of mastering your mind.


5.Dharana: The best way to achieve your goal is "Concentration".This is the main motive to dharana.


6. Pratyahara: The main motive of pratyahara is free from any external surrounding.just focus on god and follow the pattern what he said you.


7.Dhayana: The best way to control your mind is "MEDITATION".This is the best way of connection of soul with body.


8.Samadhi: So here we are,This is the last way of anything.you are giving yours soul to a god(an undefined power) .

4.Bhakti Yoga: As name itself says that this is worshipping of god.its religious part of Hinduism.its on your choice either you do it or not.(Most part of this is not on the scientific basis but it's trust and faith.
*kindly remember this type of yoga is not in vedas.
