He even had issues with Felipe Buencamino and General Tomas Mascardo Some soldiers even calls him “Heneral Artikulo Uno” because of the way he acts, the Article 1 states that whoever disobeys the order of the Commander of the Philippine Revolutionary Army will have his rank removed and him being killed without any further due process in court and this was used by General Luna to make other officials who try to disobey him soon to follow his orders.

A shot was fire, Luna looks for the idiot soldier who fired the rifle, at his back was the Captain who he humiliated in front of his own troop, Captain Pedro Janolino.
