See how Big it is..it's really a Miracle of Allah that such a big ship flouted and stuck hare. **How to go:** After reaching in Chittagon, you Can continue your Journey in Your style.if you Want you can go there in your private transport or there is local transport is Also available.i m Giving tios for going locally.you Can go there by Rent-a-car, cab, microbus or CNG autorickshaw 1st you need to Go to Shah Amanat Bridge.there you will Found local Buses.you Have to get in Buses From Banshkhali.It takes 1 hour. There is no direct bus service. etc. from Chittagong city to the reserve has to be paid. The minimum rent is 800 to 1500 taka. Even if you pay 300 taka for an autorickshaw or baby for one way, there is a possibility of not getting a car on the way back. I will Suggest you to Go there at the on set of noon,so that you can enjoy ta beach and also the Sunset.the sunset view is really Amazing. Waterpump-Homemade Today i Will share a Important technice by which you can Build a **water-pump** in your Home Easily.so Without wasting time lets Start... At first you need two Bottle cap,try to get little bigger size So that you can build a bigger one. Make a Hole in the centre of each Cap.you Can Use a Screwdriver and heat it.then Use it to make the holes. Take a DC moter. Attached one Cap with the Motor Using Glue.i will suggest you to Use Glue-Gun . Take An Other Bottle cap.Try to choose a Soft one.then Cut a Round shape from that Cap. Take Another cap,And cut the Side of the cap in half inch size.then Put it in the round cap using glue-gun. Now attached it on the Top of the motor,using glue. Put the Remaining cap on the top of it which was cutted at beginning. Now make a hole in the side of the cap.this will out the water. Then Place it on a Hard board. And Fixed it properly.Attached Battery and control switch on it.connect the Motor,battery and Switch by proper wirings. Naw connect two pipe on both holes.one for pulling water and one for pumping. Thats it.Now placed it wherever you want and turn ON the swicth to Pump water. **Tips**: If pumper can Pump water, give Some water into the Pump first. Then Just ON it and pump it. Today's Morning in My small Garden Today I spend the whole morning in my Garden.Today I planted some new saplings.There were some flowering trees and some fruit trees.In between, I took some pictures that I wanted to share with you At first suddenly I saw such a bright day full of sunlight, I suddenly wanted to work in my garden. I planted this tree in a broken bulb and put it next to the window in my room. The smell of soil fascinates me so I have made a small garden in my Balcony. In my spare time I sit there tending the trees. I was very surprised to see how one tree is growing with the help of another.The picture shows a tree wrapped around a tree.I found it Very interesting. So I kept taking pictures. I took pictures of the garden and tried to show some of my own talents. I hope you like it. This is the only flower I have in my garden right now. So lets Talk about visit.Me and my family Suddenly plna to go there.as the Park is little bit far we decided to leave from home just After lunch . we have gone their in our private car. In 1:30/2 Hours latter we Reached in the park.we bought Tickets for every one.we reacbed there and end of the none.so the Sceanary was really Amezing. This Park is really very suitable for family tour.there was lots of spaces and a Big Lake.and there was path to walk besides the Whole lake. This Is A Masrer piece of thia park.it really attract all people who visit the park.it is really very hounerable for Us We spend whole evening There.At the time we will come out the nature Showed Us another Beauty.The Claude has Gather and rain is Supposed to be Come.this scene was Very romantic. আমের লাচ্ছি লাচ্ছি বানাতে কম বেচশী আমরা সবাই ই জানি,কিন্তু আম দিয়ে লাচ্ছি তৈরীর ব্যাপারটা হয়তো অনেকে জানেন না।আসুন আজকে তাইলে ঐ রেসিপির জেনে নি উপকরন**:** ১। পাকা আম ২। দই (টক অথবা মিষ্টি যেকোনো একটাই ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন) ৩।ঘুড়া দুধ ৪।চিনি ৫। বরফ অথবা ঠান্ডা পানি পদ্ধতি: ব্ল্যানডার মেশিনে আম গুলো মোটামুটি সাইজ করে কেটে নিন,এরপর দই দিন। এরপর পরিমাণ মত ঘুড়ো দুধ দিন(ঘুড়ো দুধ শুধু একটু ফ্ল্যাভার এর এজন্য দিয়েছি) পরিমাণ মত চিনি দিন,যদি দই টক হয় তাইলে অবশ্যই বেশী চিনি লাগবে,আর যদি মিষ্টি দই হয় তাইলে অল্প চিনি দিলে হবে এরপর পরিমাণ মতো বরফ দিয়ে ব্ল্যানড করে নিন।আপনার যদি লাচ্ছি পাতলা করতে হয় তাইলে এতে পানি দিতে পারেন।খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন বেশি না হয়ে যায়। ব্ল্যান্ড করে কাচের গ্লাসে সুন্দর ভাবে পরিবেশন করুন।

Human body IMMUNOLOGY(part-3) Topic-immune Response Defination:Immune response means any defensive reaction to foreign material by the immune system. **Types of immune response**: there are two types of immune response: 1. Primary immune response 2. Secondary immune response Immune response is acquired by two mechanisms: *Antibody mediated immune response(humoral immunity) *Cell mediated immune response (CMI) 1. **Development of antibody mediated immune response (Humoral immunity)**: **In case of T-dependent antigens**: a.Most of the immunogens are T-dependent Ag. They cannot activate the B-cells directly. They take the help of helper T-cell to activate B-cell. Again the helper T-cells cannot recognize immunogen without class-II MHC Ag. B.A small portion of these immunogen is taken up by macrophage- the APC (antigen presenting cell).The Ag will be processed & will be expressed on the surface of APC along with class-II MHC. The helper T-cell will now recognize the processed Ag along with class-II molecule on the surface of APC. c. During presentation of Ag, APC secrete IL-I, which will activate helper T-cell to produce many lymphokines of which the IL4 & IL-5 will activate & proliferate the B cells. IL-4 causes proliferation of B-cell and IL-5 causes differentiation of B-cells to plasma cells. The plasma cells will then secret Ig, which subsequently bind with specific Ag, for elimination. d.The memory cell is specific for these stimulatory Ag and has larger life span than normal B-cell. This memory cell will participate in secondary immune response that is on subsequent exposure of the same Ag in the body. The secondary immune response will be more prompt & stronger. **In case of T-independent antigens:** T-independent Ag will bind with surface immunoglobulin receptors of B-cells & will remain as such. Then they activate the B-cells and differentiate them to plasma cells to produce antibody. Cytokines: Cytokines are the biologically active molecules (low molecular weight proteins) released by specific cells and regulate the differentiation, proliferation or function of immune and inflammatory cells.

It is non-specific. **Components of innate immunity:** a) Mechanical/Physical Factors: 1. Anatomical barriers: -Keratin layer of intact skin. -Intact mucous membrane of different organs. -Bony encasements. 2. Mechanical removal: -Mucus and cilia. -Coughing and sneezing reflexes → expel trapped foreign substances. -Vomiting and diarrhoea. -The physical flushing action of body fluids. b)Chemical Factors: 1. Pattern-recognition receptors. 2. Antigen non-specific antimicrobial chemicals: -Low pH of stomach and vagina inhibits growth of many microbes. -Fatty acids of skin inhibit growth of micro-organisms. -Acid pH of sweat and sebaceous secretions Lysozyme in tears, nasal secretions and saliva cell wall. -Spermine and zinc in the semen are bactericidal. -Lactoperoxidase in milk has bactericidal action. 3. Antigen non-specific antimicrobial cytokines. c) Biological Factors (cellular & soluble factors): 1)The complement system: -The lectin complement pathway. -The alternate complement pathway. 2) Cells involved in body defense: -Defense cells in the blood (leucocytes). -inhibitory to microorganisms. -degrades peptidoglycan of bacterial -Defense cells in the tissue (macrophages, dendritic cells, mast cells etc.). -Normal flora can compete with pathogenic bacteria for nutrients and also produce antimicrobial substance. ****#Acquired (Specific) immunity:**** Defination:Acquired immunity is the resistance of the body against antigen that occurs after exposure to an antigen. আল্লাহ আমাদের রক্ষা করুন এই করোনার পরিস্থিতি আমাদের জানিয়ে দিচ্ছে আমরা আসলে অনেক পাপ করে ফেলছি,তাই হয়তো আল্লাহ নারাজ হয়ে আমাদের এই অভিশাপ করেছেন কিন্তু আল্লাহ মহান দয়ালু।উনি মহান ক্ষমা শীল।তাই আমরা যদি এবাদত করে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করি এবং একজন আরেক জনে সাহায্য করি তবে আল্লাহ অবশ্যইখুশী হবেন এবং এই গজব থেকে মুক্তি দিবেন সবাই বেশী বেশী ক্ষমা চাইবেন আল্লাহর কাছে
