Bangladesh is a small country. But it is burdened with a huge population. At present, it has a population over 170 million. About 1000 or more people live per square kilometre here. Every year more than two million people are Being added to our population. The population is asset of a country. But it becomes a problem when the country cannot afford its people the basic necessaries. There are many reason of the rapid growth of population. The main reason is illiteracy. The people of our country is increasing at an alarming rate. The effect of over population is very danger. The rate of unemployment increase so much for this over growth population. Major problem of over population is creates much pressure on all sectors of economy. All the people of Bangladesh and government should join hands to meet the crisis right at this moment. Otherwise, our progress and development as a nation will be greatly hampered.
Population problems is a big problems of Bangladesh. It increase day by day. We should take proper step to stop this problem.
