Handmade paper

Making paper at home is simple and fun. Instead of throwing your receipts, junk mails or other papers. Recycle it and make it into a beautiful handmade paper.

Supplies

1. Water

2. Scrap papers

3. Mold

4. Plastic storage tub

5. Blender

6. Wood boards

7. Towels

Instructions

1. Cut up paper or rip it into tiny pieces and soak it for overnight

2. Blend the soaked paper and make a vat of pulp

3. Pull some sheets

4. Couching - transferring wet sheet to flat absorbent surface

5. Pressing - placed towel on your couched sheet and press

6. Drying - put in a flat surface and let it dry for 1-3 days
