Most of your time spend with your family and or in boss office. One day contain 24 hours and you have to spend 10-12 hours with your family and remaining spend with boss. 24 hours we spend like that that's why these two factors are important factor of your life.

So you learn most of life lessons from these two phases. One from house or by spending time with family. How you react? How you manage thing? How much both of you have mutual understanding? You learn how to deal with things in positive manners. You learn how to deal with offspring. You learn how to over on wrong dession or action. To select a profession you should keep in mind your passion and interest. When you are in that profession which is your passion, you are luckiest and successful person.

• Decision making: you have have potential to do something on your behalf. Take risk and get lesson is best policy. Who make decision he get more lesson. Failure teach better lesson. Who make decision and fail he make more better strategy to make better plan. So who have this quality he is successful person. Because he/she has ability to do something and take risk.

• Communication skills: This skill dose matter a lot. That how to listen others? How to reply and react. All these skills come by having strong communication skills. He has potential to listen other and give proper reply.

• Strong EQ: This is also known as emotional quotient or Emotions intelligence. You must have this quality because it contribute on your lives more as IQ dose. Emotional strong person have ability to face other anger, aggression, taunt jokes and pleasure. Emotional less strong always fail to manage their expression and feeling of anger or happiness. To face other people is best quality even in anger satution.

• Self management: To manage your thing and consider your responsibility dose matter most. You have able to manage your dress and action. What to wear and what suit to you! What color is suit to you. How to manage time, things and work. This has great impact on your personality.

• Leadership skills: How to lead a group or people working under you. How to deal with other people. Way of talking, reacting and how you lead them in productive way.

All of above are qualities should have a man/woman to ecelarete and bond to profession. You must have these qualities.

Selection of wife/husband

This is more important step when you have to decide that whom with you spend your whole life. Whom with you want to exceed your generation. The election of gender is not easy thing . This take time and experience and finally you realize that one is best for me.

• Mutual understanding: mutual understanding is necessary in a relationship as like we need oxygen for survival. If you are marrying with that woman who can't understand than life become so difficult. If you marry with a woman who can understand you better and can agree with your every decision. Then you should choose her and your life would be more ease and pleasent.

• Importance : both couple have importance and respect for eachother. Importance mean if one make a decision then both of them give importance to eachother thinking.

• Proper time : you go away from family get busy in your business or works enough cant give proper time to your partner to understand eachother.

Make approaches

Yeah life is name of different Target, achievements and approaches. Like do not have smooth ways. Life have zigzag roads or ways.

When you learn from mistakes and make mistakes again and again then you learn more and more. Zigzag life teaches us best lesson of life. Ups and down is necessary in life. Failure is necessary to teach us a lesson from wrong decisions.

When we fall down we get up again and again and work hard. This give us experiences. Those who never face failure in their lives who have smooth road in their lives they get lesson and can't teach other in best way.

Attach to other activities

According to a report those students who join or do other activities as well as studies they are more successful in their lives.

Teaching, blogging,job and business. Who have these activities along with studies,he is more successive in his/her lives. They get lesson and less insecurities in their lives. They have less depression and fear in future. Because they got experience.

Volunteer works

You can manage event. This is your extra curricular activity. So you have idea to deal how to manage a stage and event.

You also involve yourself another activities. For example if you join a team which is doing plantation and you contribute your money to buy plant and grow them. This would be your volunteer work which is you doing without sake of money and greed. This would help you learn more things as well as make your environment more better be doing plantation of more and more plants. I have done it. As well as i done another activity to collect clothes for needy people.

Always give feedback of your hardwork and motivation. Go to your jounior school and tell them your experience maybe they can get help from your experiences.

This is best thing to do to contribute your efforts to make people realize or avoid from wrong decisions which you made in past. Next generation can learn from mistakes and learn from your efforts and hardwork.

Everyone has right to select his/her profession and life partner. So don't go crazy for just sake of money. That job giving more pay as compared to that one so leave your passion and join other one. This is very foolish decision and you have to pay pay for it for whole life.

Passion is profession so always choose which is suit to your interest. Never follow the trend. Never let anyone to choose your profession and partner. Because this is your life no others. You have to spend life with him/her so do what you want to do.

Always do rigid and proper decision where you can hold yourself forever. Do commitment that, what you have to achieve then you have to achieve ot at any cost. Learn from past. Never drag past behind your future but get lesson for past.
