During Ghusl, a woman from Madinah said these words while placing her hand on the thigh of a woman's corpse and Allah Almighty pulled her loose rope! This woman died in a town in Madinah and When the giver said the above words, his hands clung to the thighs of the deceased.
The time for the funeral was approaching. His hand was stuck with the corpse and despite his best efforts he was not parting. All the women grabbed his hand and pulled it out. The day passed, the night passed, the next day passed, then the night passed, everything was the same, the corpse began to stink and it became difficult to stay and sit next to him!
After consultation with Maulvis, Qaris and all sections of the Islamic class, it was decided that the woman's hand should be cut off and the deceased should be buried with her hand.
But this decision was rejected by the woman and her family saying that we cannot disable the woman of our family so we do not accept this decision!
Otherwise, it is said that the part of the body of the deceased should be cut off and the hand should be freed and the body should be buried.
But useless !!!!!
This time the family of the deceased raised the objection that Kim is unable to insult his deceased in any case !!!
Imam Malik Rah Qazi was in this period
The matter was conveyed to Imam Malik to decide this case. Imam Malik reached the house and sensed the situation and asked the woman, "O woman! Did you talk about this corpse during Ghusl?"
The woman told the whole story to Imam Malik and told him that she told the other women during Ghusl that this woman had an illicit relationship with such and such a man !!
Imam Malik asked, "Do you have witnesses to substantiate this allegation?"
The woman replied that she did not have a witness!
Imam Malik then asked, "Did this woman mention this to you in her life?"
The answer is "no"
So Imam Malik immediately issued an order that since this woman has slandered the deceased, she should be given 80 lashes according to the prescribed limit!
The order was obeyed and not even 70, not even 75, not even 79, after whipping the whole 80, this woman's hand separated from the corpse!
Today we do not think at all when slandering. Astaghfirullah
