Most people shield themselves from smiling and taking pictures. You need to know it's a good stress reliever, most occasions females get a particular model of phone because of it's great camera features, but then most people shy away from putting their face out there or taking a good shot for themselves

1. Pictures tilt your memories towards good experiences, simply because you sure took them during the happy times. Most people take it as an hobby of taking pictures everyday, one better way to have memories and feed on them the days you need them. Every good experiences documented helps to see how far you were at that point of that memory.Memories makes you see yourself even if you were sad or happy at that point you just know how far you really have gone.

2. Stress Reliever: Do you observe when you smile for a longer period of time you get to wade off sad thoughts and at that time its just you and a big smile for the camera. You can go on as well as smiling on purpose into the camera, anytime you check those pictures you get to laugh over it because you know  the smile wasn't genuine but then you'll have a genuine smile on your face because of how you took them. I went to get a passport photograph i had a big smile the photographer said "Ahh i only have problems when taking female passport, you are not supposed to show your teeth". It made me laugh the more till i gave a quiet smile. I mean it's a passport why should i smile, but i wanted it to be that whenever i see this passport, i smiled well and went against the general rule of the no smile for passports.

3. Whether or not taking photos inspires your imagination and having pictures documented makes things spark from you, you could use it to even build up a story. I've seen a case of going through my gallery and got stuck on a particular picture of my hair on a high bun i looked at the hair and gave a note down on hair goals because i invested so much and i hate taking my hair into a bun i have rare pictures of it but seeing that look, i wrote an article on hair itself because i had so much growth in a span of three years yet it resulted to an healthy one. So you never can tell which of your photos is waiting for you to prey on it.

4. Do you know pictures tells you how important some things are to you and how well you cherish them enough to have them in your gallery, cloud or a picture book. The importance of that situatuin right there tells you some of the things you used to prioritize or could do before. I loved drawing cute things. One time i found on my gallery a wallpaper of flowers it took me back to when i had a drawing book and would draw anything cute, did you know what i did, i took my journal and started making a picture representation of what i saved in my gallery into my journal, i realised i had lost my touch but i was still good at drawing. This is why i take no thoughts when i see what i like online i screen-grab even if i forget about it i know i love strolling through my photo records, i'll stumble on it and work on it with the prior motive i had for it while screen grabbing.Inspos comes well from things you saved yourself.

5. Taking pictures can be or turn out to be a creative hobby for you. How? You can just have ideas spanked up in your head or a posing skill, trust me that gut feeling will make you grab your camera or phone to take a shot. I discovered most people do well with editing their pictures, because it might not suit them well with the ray of sunlight of the colour they got in that shot straightway they edit, and it turns out beautifully without needing a professional. Taking pictures makes you creative you just might not have found your que.

I love strolling through my gallery a lot though i'm not one that post pictures excessively out there some are just for me to see how happy i was or get a track of the events i've been too. There are different ways of self love and i can tell you that taking pictures and documenting is part.
