Whatever I say is so much applicable to both male and female.Starting it off you need an hair consultant, low budget scale ,if you don't have much .You need to be informed about your hair even a receding hair line needs care.

My hair is my friend when it's not in a good condition i always know .

Hair goals in a year keeps you in check and makes you wanting to try harder to reach a goal or a particular level you want either a good volume , a good texture or an increased length, the more goals you set monthly the more you see your investment. Because your hair gives out what you have been feeding it.

Basic hair care that is your lenght , your hair strenght , porosity , texture , the do's & don'ts of wash days. Detangling i.e separating linked strands of your hair especially the naturals this reduces lenght a lot when the comb runs through and through it reduces length.
What supplements(healthy hair drugs) to use. Our wash routines which should be vital for everyone that wants to see a change some take in braids for 2 months that's a whole lot of dirt build up .
Also the kind(s) of product you use is very vital , this leads to a whole damaging effect when not noted, you need to know what works for you not all stylist knows how to care or what works for the Hair.
Not even all hair guru's knows what exact product for all different types of hair.I had an awful experience with a product, i almost took my hair out to start over it was dreading seeing the amount of growth i amassed only to lose it to a small product.
