Today I would like to offer you a healthy experience during an entire day, you can break the routine and do this experiment that may be unique to you for 24 hours.
STEP 1, sleeping early, let's say at 8:00 PM.
STEP 2, waking up will be from 2:00 - 4:00 AM , after you wake up in a while, start doing light exercises.
STEP 3, at 5:00 am, eating an uncooked breakfast such as dates and fruits.
STEP 4, at 6:00 AM, run until you feel tired.
STEP 5, at 6:30 AM, eat only the snacks you like and more than drink water.
STEP 6, stop eating and drinking from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
STEP 7, after 6:00 pm, eat a hearty meal like grilled chicken and don't eat fried meals.
